this is Craft Boba Tea’s newest and third location. i love that this is so close to my neighborhood and now i can easily access some boba tea. the dine-in area is super clean and bright - the second you step inside you will feel welcomed and hopefully in a better mood if you’re having a bad day!
customer service is wonderful here. i don’t know the sweet lady’s name working the cashier, but she smiles through her eyes and is the sweetest human ever! she is helpful with the menu and offers recommendations if you’re having trouble deciding on a drink.
let’s not forget to mention how affordable the price is here. boba tea at some other shops i’ve visited have gone up to $8 for one drink due to inflation and taste subpar. i got two 16-oz drinks for below $11. i like that it’s affordable & are great quality drinks. their boba texture is perfect: not too soft or undercooked. also, they are NOT stingy with their boba at all.
service is a bit slow for now since there’s only like 2 people working the store, but that doesn’t really bother me seeing as how the people who run this business take pride in their work and care about providing good products. Craft Boba Tea is family owned…so…support small...

Once I asked the manager on duty for compensation for the erroneous era on her team, she informed me that she would not be able to comply with any conversation, and therefore, I proceeded to ask her for the general manager name. Prior to me placing the order at the establishment, they took a delayed time to even service me, and I believe it because I was a...
Read morePaid for a macaron with my boba tea and the girl said give me a minute to hand it to you. I said ok. Sat down waited got my drinks. Kept waiting..the line kept getting bigger.. & she she expected me to keep waiting for something I already paid for that takes seconds to hand to me. Nope she was just gonna let people keep walking in and taking their order and having me wait. In stead of telling the customer one second let me hand something to this customer that’s been waiting. & then keep going with the line. If I have to wait for them why can’t they take a second to wait for me? I doubt they would mind? It took this chick 15 minutes to hand me a macaron that’s already made something that took...
