We pulled up to the drive thru, the guy asked for my order, I told him we weren't ready, and we needed a few minutes. We're looking at the options, and he asked again if we're ready. I told him no, (a minute had only gone by, I have kids)... them he proceeds to say, "our flavors aren't all listed, if you wanna see them all you'll have to come in". No biggie, I told him if there's a flavor we're wondering about then I'd just ask if they have it. I asked if they have mint chocolate chip (yes, they do), and then I asked if they had chocolate chip cookie dough... "yes, but I'll have to go all the way in the back to get it." Sounded like he was complaining that he'd have to walk far to get the ice cream. It was rude. We pulled up to pay, and the cashier asked me to pull forward. No one behind me, why am I having to move? I didn't immediately move, I wanted to look at my receipt. A guy opens up the window and rudely says, "I'm gonna need you to pull forward" at this point I was done with the attitude and immediately asked why I had to move forward since no one was behind me. "Because it's going to take a long time" he says. No car behind me still... I didn't understand why I had to move. Why couldn't I just wait there where I could see them? We went back and forth with how rude he was to us. He told us there was a timer for the customer, we needed to order in a certain amount of time. Incorrect, the staff is timed, not the customer. He was just extremely rude. Overall, horrible customer service. His name is Austin and he swore to us that he had great reviews. Lies.
Do not go there. You will not get the customer service you deserve. If you order ice cream that is in the back, watch out, you're making them take a few...
Read moreCustomer service was terrible. We were literally ordering like normal and he was giving us attitude from the start. We told him we weren’t ready and he told us to take our time, not even a minute later he asks us if we’re ready basically rushing us and then we ask what flavors of ice cream they have and instead of telling us he says we have to come inside. He offered to list some off and to make it easier for him we just said we would ask about a specific flavor and he could tell us if they had it. We asked about chocolate chip cookie dough and he said “yeah we have it but i have to walk to the back to get it.” making it seem like we were inconveniencing him by ordering it. his tone was also very rude the whole time, he had an attitude with us from the very beginning. Then when we pulled up to the window, the girl told us to pull forward even though there was no one behind us, we took a second to look at our receipt and then not even 30 secs later, the guy from before comes to the window and tells us to move forward? it was so confrontational for no reason and he started arguing with us, telling us that WE were the ones being disrespectful. i was telling him that i’ve worked lots of different retail jobs and would have never treated customers the way he was treating us. after reading the reviews now it all makes sense. their customer service is known to be bad. his name was austin btw. he told us that he has lots of good reviews from customers and is always very respectful but i haven’t seen any reviews about him so i think he was lying just to...
Read moreMy daughters and I came to the store at 7pm. It looked like it was closed and we almost didn't go in. All of the dinning room chairs were turned up side down on the tables and the lounge chairs were all turned toward the wall/windows and tipped up against the wall/windows on the their front legs. We saw people inside so we went in and noted that they didn't close for another two hours. I asked the young man if there was a reason for the dining area to be closed. He said, "well we have to clean it and it is difficult when there are only two people here." ? Maybe you should wait until you are closed then. We were treated with a less-than-pleasant attitude and I refused to leave with my ice cream or eat outdoors (it's mid-July at 7pm!). It's was pretty obvious that the employees were angry because they were short staffed and they were attempting to discourage customers from coming in. This is unfortunate for a franchise that most likely lives with razor-thin margins. We will unlikely look elsewhere for our ice cream fix...
