THE OWNER AND HIS WIFE ARE T-Rash. Firstly, we've been here 3-4 times. Within the month, so you've made good money off our family bc we rarely order light. However today, you've lost not only a large business customer, but a full family of people. The pizza is greasy, tasteless and they don't honor their prices. The female wants to argue about things they've done wrong. We called in an order today, I was the individual that picked it up. 2 lunch specials (2 slices: supreme and pepperoni) and a stromboli. When I picked up the food, no one in the place had on a mask and they left off our drinks. Total was $19. I notice the missing drinks when iImade it back home. Called, the cashier answers with an attitude. I explained and told him I would return later today for the drinks. He replies "THAT'S ALL!" and hangs up. When I return (about 4 hours later), I take in my receipt and the copy of the menu I was given. The owner and his insulting wife try to argue that I needed to buy drinks and that the price would be more if I ordered what I said I did. Listen, I don't work for you, so whomever rang my order up is who you need to speak with about what THEY charged us! Second, I'm not going to come in off the street with a receipt and pretend to not have received a part of an order. I'm also not going to argue with two very ignorant business owners. They proceed to argue over how much my order should have been and the female (who pretended to wear her mask incorrectly)continued punching numbers into the register. You don't have to ever worry about us ordering this not even mediocre food ever again. And I'm sorry we ever have! Don't go here, but def don't go if you're a person of color or Latino.(The employees are treated like scum and talked to even worse.) The reviews are all true. Every single negative word you read is by far, FACTS! These disrespectful owners don't deserve our DALLAS dollars and you'll regret spending with them if...

Besa's is usually excellent, but my last experience ordering from them ensured that I will never do so again. Yesterday afternoon, I placed an order through DoorDash for a pizza with light cheese and extra sauce and a salad without tomatoes or olives. I went to eat the salad when it arrived, and it literally had more than a jar of olives in it (pictured). The pizza that I ordered with light cheese had no sauce and more cheese than you would include on several pizzas. The problem is that I'm lactose intolerant. I can tolerate the amount of cheese on a few regular slices of pizza, but there was so much cheese on this pizza that I couldn't even tolerate one slice. I ended up having to cancel clients at the last minute, losing money because someone in the kitchen decided they would have a little "fun" with my special order. People need to understand that special orders may be for dietary restrictions, dislikes, aversions, intolerances or life-threatening allergies. I did get my meal refunded from DoorDash, but that doesn't make up for the lost work this caused. In this case, I lost a couple of hundred dollars from having to cancel clients. What if this employee's "fun" cost someone their life?

When someone places a special order, the restaurant needs to follow through with that request. If they are unable to do that, they need to cancel the order. My family and I WERE Besa's regulars, but we will not be ordering...

Against my better judgement we went ahead and ordered to try this place and I’m very upset! I don’t usually go this far to leave a review but I felt disrespected by the worker and my order was messed up! so I had to go back and again he was very rude!! The man wouldn’t give me his name but he is a short Hispanic looking man that could barely speak English and he started yelling at me! I called to ask a question about my order and he started yelling at me and over talking so I could not get a word in. Once I went back to address the issue, he then began to yell at me, roll his eyes and walk away, he then puts a slice of pizza on the counter which had barely anything but cheese and jalapeños which I did not order! I told him just because I am a women doesn’t mean he can yell at me! I was trying to ask a question because we had never ate there before and had a question about the menu. Instead of getting irate back with him, I decided to walk away before things got out of hand! I will NEVER EVER ORDER from this place and make sure to tell EVERYONE I KNOW and my neighborhood to not eat there! Not only was my order wrong I paid a lot of money and the food didn’t even taste worth all that I endured! My family would rate this place not even 1 star and that’s not to mention...

Shrimp scampi was tasty, noodles slightly overcooked but good. It's acrossed the street from my house and I looked their menu up and decided hummm ok let's givem a try. The pricing is what stood out for me $11.99 for scampi count me in but once I got the menu it was $13.99. I asked the waitress to inform the mgr thinking it would be taken care of so I ordered. Food came quickly and hot. The bill came and thr price was not adjusted after twice asking about it. I can spend $20 on one meal elsewhere and not have to asked for my beverage to be refilled.

So I finally decided to try this place out... The food was good the cheese was stringy... I belive this is the double meat double cheese.... I would have enjoyed this pizza even more had I just ordered the meat lovers. I honestly have no complaints outside of all that cheese... Omg...but that was my fault because I didn't know what I was signing up for when I ordered it. But if you LOVE cheese then go for it... this is the pizza for you. But as for me I'll stick with the basics. I'll be ordering again!
