!!!HONEST REVIEW!!! Visited this store twice. The first time was a terrible expierence , the young lady working the front end , Natalie, was completely CLUELESS. I had called 6 different stores trying to locate a battery for a Galaxy Note 10 and was assured they had only 1 available priced at 79.99 plus tax
I get to the store and tell Natalie the issue with my phone and ask her before I spend money a new battery could they check the phone out and make sure the battery is the issue and with the most blank look on her face she plugs it into the charger and notices itâs not charging and says âyep definitely the batteryâ
Iâm a pretty tech savvy individual and you could tell she was clueless but desperate I said ok ring up the battery and she quotes me 86.47 plus tax and I told her 6 stores including this one already quoted me 79.99 plus taxes are you sure? She says âno worries Iâll honor itâ when I look on my recipes she was looking at a battery for an S10 not a Galaxy NOTE 10.
Next issue : promised delivery time was 3:45 I didnât get my phone until 4:07 pm. On top of that they gave it back to me with only 10% battery and was told that the battery just wasnât charged from the box just to plug it in and it should be good.

My phone NEVER CHARGED! The issue was the motherboard and not the damn battery had Natalie been the least bit qualified to check the phone before making assumptions or at least admitting she didnât know I would have saved two 1 -hr long trips from Melissa Tx to Addison (an hour each way!!!)

The guys on the shift and the interim manger OSSY refunded me the battery cost. Unfortunately my phone was never fixed at this location but the guys the second time I came back had a bit more sense of what was going on and they were friendly.

   Read moreSuccessful battery replacement, just don't expect it when they tell you it will be ready. I took a client to get a battery replacement on a Pixel 4a. The tech stated it would be done in two hours. Great! Enough time to eat, shop for groceries and come back.
When we arrived back, we were told that the phone was not ready. The research I have done shows that it takes a qualified tech between 30 and 60 minutes to complete a battery replacement. This was now past the two hours we were told it would be completed.
After waiting a few minutes we were told that the Pixel screens were sub-standard and we had a 'black screen of death' possibly from being on the heating pad they use to separate the adhesive. I was told by the manager that the screens were no good and they were having many problems with them. So this is a KNOWN ISSUE and there was no explanation that it might take longer than 2 hours to fix. If we had been made aware, we could have completed everything we needed to do, then picked up the phone. I even returned 1 hour after we dropped it off and I provided a phone number that they could call when it was ready, or if there were issues. No contact. I complained to the manager regarding the two hour estimate, and was condescended to something like 'this is technology, sir, things happen'. I've worked in technology my entire career, when you have an issue, you keep your customer informed and you don't give them lame excuses. And if you have a known issue, you allow more time in your estimate.
The replacement was successful and the phone is working correctly, and only an hour late, so this is what kept this from being a one star review. They seem to be repair savvy, so I'm not questioning their ability, but things could have been handled better. Frustrated and inconvenienced customers don't leave 5...

Said they would run diagnostics, then call me before reinstalling. Would take 24-48 hours. So I shrugged it off and figured I'd ask again about the hard drive after their diagnostics were complete. After 48 hours I called and they basically told me the laptop hadnât been touched. Having already not been happy with their handling of the situation, I went in the next day to take my laptop somewhere else, only to be told I had been lied to several times over, they didnât run diagnostics at ALL, but had already attempted a reinstall with zero understanding of what the cause or issue was in the first place, but it didnât work because my laptop was "encrypted." I asked if they checked the hardware. They said âyes, it all looks fine." Both the encryption and hardware check, was a lie, as confirmed by Micro Center, who I bought my laptop to afterwards, who said it did not look like the hard drive had been touched, and after actually checking the hard drive, like professionals, were able to reinstall Windows no problem. So do NOT go here if you have a real issue that requires listening skills.
