the food is tasty however, for my first time ordering from them, i was shocked by the customer poor customer service. the person taking the order was impatient and rude. i was ordering AFTER the lunch rush, and he obvisously did not want to take my order which is a problem only for him since their is no option for ordering online on their website. then when the delivery man delivers my pizza ACROSS THE STREET, i have a back injury and have difficulty leaving my bed, after i sign the receipt for my card and hand it back to him, he looks at and tells me i "forgot his tip" and proceeds to return the receipt to me to fix this...WOW!!! an honest mistake on my part but he asks for the tip? rude again. i am a retail manager specializing in customer service and my boyfriend owns a pizzeria but i'm out of their delivery area, i know how this should go... call me old fashioned but okay food does not beat poor customer service. maybe i'm being too harsh and they are having a bad day, but wow, i was...

I have to take the time to give this place a wonderful review they have the most wonderful customer service for fast food that I have came across in a while. We ordered a supreme pizza and I had my daughter do the order so when she said yes to everything she did not realize that they have a special supreme pizza different to other places so when we finally got our delivery we called saying this is not what we ordered they clearly told me on the phone that they had made sure with my daughter that that is what she wanted and that's how their supreme comes since she is younger and didn't know any better she just said yes yes they made everything so nice and smooth to do the refund to replace us with what we wanted and still gave us store credit at the time that we called back a month or so later to get our store credit they were very wonderful to satisfy me with my needs. This place is literally one of my favorite NY style pizza places in DFW. I have ordered delivery, takeout, and dine-in and have always had pleasant experiences. For this particular review, I ordered a delivery for the first time. After requesting my address and determining whether I had a security gate or not, they also asked for my phone number in case I had to be called to either pickup or meet them. I was duly informed that it would take anywhere from 30-45 minutes for the pizza to be delivered, yet I received mine within 20 minutes and they came to my door. If you are located within 3 miles, be aware that delivery is free! The pizza was served hot.

The dough was baked properly and the crust was perfect. The sauce and cheese are light enough that you get all the flavors. For the price you pay, the quality of food is much better than your standard pizza chain. Something I definitely recommend is trying out the lunch specials for this place as they are...
