OK, report update September 29 10:08 AM been sitting outside the store waiting for it to open up and all the young lady did this come wipe off your window and walk away door still locked say support about it. I bet when I do go in they’re gonna say it need to be 25 minutes before the chicken is done KFC do you guys even read these reports to try to fix this store. It’s one of the only ones in the Pleasant Grove area of Dallas . OK New report it is June 3, 2025 opening time is 10 AM. The young lady came out open the door at 10:20 and said chicken won’t be ready for another 25 minutes. I stated OK my question is is why is this lady able to get away with waiting until after 10:30 to unlock and open up this restaurant? This is not good business why isn’t corporate looking into this if you’re opening up time is 11 then y’all should have it as 11 and not 10 AM or if it’s 1045 you’ll open up time should be looked at at 10:45 something but you guys posted 10 AM opening Monday through Thursday and Friday through Saturday and on Sundays, but the restaurant never opens up until after 10:45 somebody in corporate please do something about this. OK on January 31, 2024 I went to this KFC and it was after 10:30 AM. I waited outside until about 1045 and they still did not have the lobby unlocked. I don’t know why this particular KFC does that but they does it all the time so I decided to go to the drive-through. Whoever the young lady is working the drive-through that day and for what I’m reading from other reviews, she has a history of being rude, disrespectful and feel that she can talk to folks any kind of way since I’ve been going to KFC I only had one order that I order, which is the four piece and I always get two breast tooth thigh and I know I’ll pay extra for that other time This morning I went there and I asked for the same order and I just said give me three thighs and one breast. She’s smart and said can’t you see is a four piece I said yes ma’am I just asked for three thighs and one breast then she said that ain’t what you asked for but oh well, whatever what’s your drink with a snappy and smart Alec attitude And you know it’s gonna be 12 minutes before I get your order ready I said OK but I don’t mind waiting. Read moreI went to KFC and ordered 8 pieces of dark meat. I was charged for 4 thighs and 4 wings. With tax, I paid $21.64. I was told that I would have to wait for the order to be cooked. Although I had groceries in the car, I didn’t mind waiting because I was picking the order up for my 94 year old father who loves fried drumsticks. As I was waiting, I noticed a deal on the window that offered 4 thighs and drumsticks for $10! Unfortunately, it happens only on Tuesdays which was the next day. I had no problem paying the price I was charged and made a mental note to remember the deal for the future. A couple of hours later, when I was about to serve the meal, I found I had 7 thighs and 1 breast. There was not even 1 drumstick. If the order couldn’t be filled how hard would it have been to inform me of that? I waited for some time for the order because apparently they weren’t able to fill it and they had to put the chicken in the fryer to cook. Well, all I know was it definitely wasn’t MY order and since I was the only customer in the place, I have no idea how they could have screwed it up like they did. More importantly was how disappointed my father was because he was really looking forward to it. At his age and health, his appetite is waning and whenever I possibly can, I try to get whatever I can to make sure he eats. I gave the service 1 star because of this. Since I only represent 2 people, I doubt that this will change anything for the better but I had to have a place to vent. I’m sure no one will miss 2 less customers. Read moreWORST KFC IN THE HISTORY OF KFC. Now let me say the food is good, the restaurant appears clean from the drive through perspective (i.e. clean windows and the such), now I can complain. First the speaker doesn't work, and appears to have been down for awhile now. That's a inconvenience for any drive through customer expecting to get in an out. My orders both times were never ready when I got there even though the app says they were. Both times I was directed to park inconvenience #2. Now in the spirit of transparency and honesty- the first girl was an absolute 💎, her handling of my inconvenience was offset by her thorough completion of the transaction. Napkins, sauces, the correct drinks and an apology. Perfect customer service. Second time total disaster. The chick forgot our dink, and told us to come through the drive through to get them, again. No greeting, just hand off a bag turned and left. Spending $50+ in two trips in less than a week an not even a hello? 🤨 I believe the spirit of this establishment is horrible, the evidence is consistently bad customer engagement they are 0-2 in my book and I know I'm not the only one. So I ask, is there another KFC in the 75215 / 75217 area...
