I am giving them a 1️⃣⭐ based on the customer service alone.💯💯... I arrive at 9️⃣4️⃣6️⃣ p.m., the door says they do NOT close till 1️⃣0️⃣ p.m.(I will include a picture of the posted hours)... I knocked on the door, they saw 👀 me 💯... But chose to ignore me 💯💯💯... A customer coming out, let me in it was only 9️⃣5️⃣0️⃣(⭐ I still have 1️⃣0️⃣ minutes according to the door posted hours ⭐).. I placed my order on the kiosk, stood patiently and waited 💯💯... I saw 👀 been bagging my order... I said no sir it is for here, (the point of me coming in to eat so I won't have to drive and eat💯💯)... And in a very rude tone the man bagging it, said "WE ARE CLOSING THE LOBBY IN 5️⃣MINUTES"... I I know I can read...(I also said it's funny you locked the doors before 1️⃣5️⃣minutes till just) (then one of the cheerleaders (another worker 😂🤣😂) said we're supposed to lock the doors at 1️⃣0️⃣ minutes til... I said once again, I was here at 9️⃣4️⃣6️⃣ and they were already locked... I said furthermore the door says the lobby closes at 1️⃣0️⃣ p.m. NOT 1️⃣0️⃣ til 1️⃣0️⃣pm...So the same rude man (got even more irritated) and said enjoy your food you got 5️⃣minutes enjoy your food... I laughed 🤣😂 and told him"yes I can tell time, and I can add and subtract... As I was walking to the table they were all over there muttering under their breath toward me... I finished my food at EXACTLY 1️⃣0️⃣pm... I will be following up with corporate,💯💯 BECAUSE EITHER THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE HOURS ON THE DOOR,💯💯 OR HONOR THE POSTED HOURS ON THE DOOR...💯💯, NOT TO MENTION THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDES TOWARD CUSTOMERS 💯💯ESPECIALLY THE OLDER GENTLEMAN WITH A SMART MOUTH... 💯💯💯(⭐⭐ I DID NOT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY FOOD, ARE THE CLEANLINESS OF THE RESTAURANT THEY 5️⃣⭐... The attendant then rushes you through your order with a "what else" before you can even finish the first request?
You forgot to order a drink (probably from being rushed), so when you get to the window, you ask to add water. The Shift Supervisor completely ignores you, and when the cashier (Nice guy!) makes you water, she barks at him, saying, "I don't know who you've worked the window with, but I don't do that!" looks you in your eyes and roll her eyes!
I guess customer service is completely dead...

Read moreI ordered five crunchy tacos got back to my hotel checked three of them… there were so much lettuce and barely any meat… put the three back in the bag and came back to the restaurant where the lead told me that’s how much meat is supposed to come on them so I asked for a refund… did not have a receipt but she gave me my money back anyway…she gave me back $6.75… I checked my apple pay and seen I was charged $8.61 for five tacos… went back to the door and told her she didn’t give me my full refund… she says there were only four tacos in the bag so that means they only gave me four out of the five tacos that I paid for and didn’t give me a receipt… came back the next day and talked to another manager… she just went off of what the girl last night says and told me she can’t check the system to see what was charged or roll the camera back to see if she gave me a receipt out the drive through window… Horrible...
