If you like bagging your groceries and self checkout lanes then this is the place for you. There’s no longer somebody that come that takes your order and helps you out now that’s been replaced with touchscreen self order computer screens. We ordered two chicken Pomodori Panini that came with a bag of lace chips and no pickle and that was like 1250 for literally two slices of bread and some chicken and and those sandwiches were burnt black crispy burnt. We had dinner there on Monday at 4:30. We were literally the only two people in the restaurant so I don’t understand why the food came out the way that it did. I miss the days when the restaurant first opened to as far back as just even a year or two ago where they had chicken salad where they had different options where they were actual people to greet you and talk to you and have a human interaction. I won’t be surprised if Rosie will start delivering meals.

I have worked at a Corner Bakery, I know the standards. This is nothing like other Corner Bakery's. I am very disappointed in the quality of food. I decided to get a sandwich and pasta, choose 2, plus a brownie. The pasta was ice cold, the cheese on the top hadn't even melted. The only warm part was the butter at the bottom. The sandwich was cold AND as hard as a brick. I couldn't even cut it with my knife. I had to break it with my hands to eat it. Then the brownie has was as hard as the table. It also had stabbed marks all over it. Little circles. It also apparently comes with bugs who knew! I have no idea who was cooking, or what happened. This is not the nornal high standards of Corner Bakery. I won't be coming back, and will tell my employees to not come, I will reccomend other places in the mall.

Corner Bakery is a good place to stop if you're not too hungry. I say that because at the prices they charge, you will probably opt for the half sandwich and soup combo. And their sandwiches are small, made even smaller when halved. I paid around $12 after adding a drink, and when they brought my food out, I thought they brought me a kids meal by accident. Admittedly, the food was good, but it didn't fill me up. I feel for $12, you should be filled up. You can get a footlong sandwich at Subway for cheaper. A FOOTLONG. Here, a small Panini is 8.99. And their bakery goods are quite pricey as well. I whole coffee cake will set you back about $20. Again, no qualms with the taste of their food, you just don't get enough of it. Value cost them a few stars off on rating.

Quite possibly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. My mom and I came here to get lunch and had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. Instantly (and I mean instantly—the server had barely turned her back), my mom noticed a long black hair in her sandwich. She called the server and politely asked for a new one. Not to mention, her sandwich had soggy, rotten lettuce and mine turned out to be a greasy mess. The server came back in less than 2 minutes and rudely spoke ā€œBy the way, the hair was blue. Here’s a new sandwichā€ and slammed the plate down with a huge smirk on her face. Obviously, it was the same sandwich. My hair is short and dyed a bright teal to purple ombre and my mom wears a headscarf, so she was implying that it was mine. First of all, my mom and I are not colorblind and clearly saw that the hair was dark black. Second of all, how could my hair fly INTO her sandwich within seconds of receiving our food? At this, my mom asked her to return the food. Afterwards, we went to the cashier in the front to ask for a refund for my mom’s sandwich since she hadn’t even touched it. They called the manager and she and the original server went on to harass us. They accused us of planting the hair and the manager told us to never return and that we ruined our own lunch. My mom is an immigrant with a slight accent and I couldn’t help but feel that they were mocking her. They acted like middle school bullies and were laughing at us as we left. It was truly a humiliating and disheartening experience. Please, train your employees to have basic respect for other...

First I would like to say I love the food here! BUT, only when they get it right! I work at the mall so my coworkers and I have ordered here multiple times, usually pick up orders. Too many times we have picked up our order and had to go back because they forget to put chips or bakery items in our bag. The convenience of ordering online and picking up our food is a benefit we really enjoy HOWEVER, they have a order ahead counter that is NEVER used. I always have to get in the regular line to pick up my order because no one will assist you at the order ahead counter. Lastly, the last order we purchased was the last time we will be eating here! We placed an order for a sandwich and asked for no tomatoes because our coworker is highly allergic to tomatoes. I picked up the order and went back to our store and when she bit into her sandwich she realized they had put tomatoes in it and spit it right out. I took the order back and let the cashier know and she called her manager KARLA over. She told me they would remake it and left, without even apologizing for the mistake! Food allergies are not something to take lightly and the people preparing orders should really pay more attention to orders! Had my coworker swallowed that bite off her sandwich who knows what could have happened all because someone didn't read an order correctly. I also emailed customer service and never...

If I could give 0 starts I would! I have dined in at this location and received less than stellar service but I did not write a review. Due to the proximity to where I live I decided to give it another shot. I called and place a to go order at 11:45 this morning. I ordered breakfast items and was informed that do not serve potatoes after 11 am. This was not an issue for me. The person who took the order said it would be ready in 10 min. My boyfriend showed up 15 min later and an employee took payment and said she would have to check to see if the order was ready. When she returned she advised that they had stopped serving breakfast at 11 am and they needed to take out all the items needed to make our order. After waiting an additional 30 min for an order that was to be ready in 10 min they finally said that they would be bagging up our order shortly. 45 min later someone finally emerged with the order. There was no apology or consideration for the amount of time we wasted waiting on a simple pancake breakfast order. Not to mention the icing on top was after getting home we discovered one of the items that we paid for was missing! We will never visit this location again. The convenience of the location is not worth the headache and awful customer service you receive. Take your business to another...
