If I could give 0 starts I will definitely do it. So Chilli’s has been one of my favorite restaurants to go for lunch or any occasion until today. I decided to place an order online since the location on Northwest Highway, Dallas is only 5 min away from where I work and I was trying to eat in there since I get an hour lunch. I got to the restaurant not even 10 min after placing the order and told the girl who was in the to go register that I would like to eat at the restaurant and to please not to put my order in the to go containers, so after I paid she told me I could go to the front and wait for a waitress to assign me a table, after the waitress sat me in the dinning area for about 5 min he went and told me that he was just inform that I needed to be move to the other area close to the to go register where literally NO-ONE was sit it but myself. By then I was already not so happy with the treatment I was receiving because they had plenty tables available where I was sit it already and then they moved me there after I clearly told the cashier I wanted to eat there and I had place the order online so it could give me enough time to eat my food in peace as I usually do. After I open the bag and took out the food I started eating right, I waited for like another good five minutes for a server to drop by so she could take the order for my drink and they would just pass by and ignore me like I was a nobody until I decided to stop and said “excuse me ma’am, can I please place an order for a drink and I need to get some salt and Tabasco” so she got the drink for me and I was in there for almost 40 min and never once they went and check on me if I needed anything or any refills until I got up and went to the register again and not to mention I had clean after myself and had put everything in the bag and ask for my tab for the drink I had order and if she could please tell me where I could throw my bag with the left overs, Her response was “ oh it’s okay just put it in that corner and don’t worry about the drink in a rude manner because she was busy typing something in the computer. So I told her no, it’s okay I’ll leave $4 dollars in the tip container and she was just like okay. After that horrible experience I will never step a foot at that location EVER! I just said thank you and leave.

Read moreThis is not my normal location, we were stopping by for dinner after an event and arrived over an hour before close. Waited almost ten minutes to be seated, with a line of people behind us, and when the waitress finally finished texting (we could see her) she took us to a table just to find none of them clean and had to wait while tables were cleaned. The restaurant was only a quarter full, not busy enough to warrant this. My appetizer and dinner came out at the same time, they were not staggered. I had also ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and was brought one with no mushrooms. When we were able to find the waitress (someone else was running food) I brought it to her attention and she said they were out of mushrooms. I was not informed of this before the food was brought out, even though it was a main component of my dish and told the waitress I would like to order something else if I couldn't get a mushroom Swiss burger. Chilis is one of the few places I can order one and that's why it's usually my go to. She asked what I would like, but did not bring a menu and was short with me, so I asked for an old-timer instead, since it was basically what my burger was and $1.50 cheaper. When we were done with our meal, my wife needed a togo box but we never saw our waitress. I also couldn't pay with the tablet because she never removed the mushroom Swiss burger. We were ready to leave before close, but had to wait due to these issues. I ended up using the tablet to split the ticket and left the mushroom Swiss on a second ticket, unpaid and my wife finally found the waitress for a togo box. However, the lady running food was very polite and the food was hot and delicious, which stopped this from being one star, but I don't see myself stopping at this...
Read moreHorrible service! Waited at least 15 min before we were given our drinks, the hostess actually ended up bringing us drinks cause she saw we had been waiting. Waitress was never anywhere to be found. After being there for about 45 min I questioned a manager walking by about the status of our order, larger party's who had come after us were already eating, and we were still waiting. Couldn't get any refills since I had no clue where our server was. Finally got our food after waiting an hour, and of course it was incorrect since the server did not bother to write down the order. Didn't bother to complain about it being incorrect cause we were starving and ready to eat after waiting so long. I tried to pay the bill on the kiosk but it was not working, had to wait forever for our waitress to resurface so that I could give her my card to pay. She brings me the receipt and my card and tells me to sign the top copy and walks off...she did not leave a pen or pencil or even a crayon to sign the receipt! At this point I was so frustrated and just ready to leave that I actually got up and found a pen myself at the computer stand where they input orders. Ridiculous considering it was not even busy in there. Manager offered a free dessert, but after being there for over 2 hours, all I wanted was to leave! I will definitely request to never sit in that servers section again! Too bad I don't know her name, she spoke so low I couldn't understand a word...
