Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Dallas

I placed an online order which included a bowl with guac and no cheese. I picked it up and drove all the way home, only to realize there was no guac and had cheese, which I wish I could’ve made it work, but it ruined the bowl for me. When I called the location, it sent me down a path of automated responses that made no sense, basically zero percent chance of getting a live person at the actual location. So I drove all the way back, which was a huge waste of time, but I wanted to actually be able to eat my food. The guy remade my bowl, actually forgot the guac again, and I had to tell him to put it in (pointing to the original sticker with all the ingredients listed.) I saw another customer when I was there the first time who had to come back because I’m guessing they also made a mistake on his order too. I’m giving a star back because I did eventually get my food after driving back. You guys need to be better about making sure your orders are correct, especially for pick up orders where people don’t realize the mistake until they’re all the way somewhere else and most likely it’s too late. Huge lack of communication between the 3 employees on the line. Ordered quesadillas, two sides, and bowl. Was charged initially for the quesadillas, two side, and a chips and guac. Being the honest person I am, I pointed out the cashiers mistake. She charged me for the bowl separately and credited the guac and chips. Bowl was ready immediately. Waited on the quesadillas (typical wait time), but I had to ask twice more for the sides- which I had mentioned already to the other two employees. 4 times total. The girl in the middle had no personality and was actually rude to the guest behind me when asked why the guac looked weird (it was brownish black), her reply was that it was fresh made- obviously wasnt. Tables were dirty with food debris. They had no record of another guests online order. It wasn't even busy, 2 people dining in, and 5 others in line. Perhaps you all should staff accordingly if those that are working can't handle it. Got home a few minutes later and the bowl which should have been hot was ice cold. We've been going to this Chipotle for several years 3 times a week. We met a new manager last night and she was horrible very rude. We got 2 build your own like we always do and she but half as much meat half as much of every side we ordered she cooked the tortillas on top of each other. When we ask for a little bit more meat she said she would charge us double. We have never been treated like that at this particular store. I asked her not to heat the tortillas on top of each other because when we get home with them they rip apart when we try to separate them. She proceeded to do it anyway and then pulled them out of the foil to show us that they weren't stuck together. They weren't sex together because we hadn't got them home yet.
