Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

The barista manning the drive-thru last night straight up saved my life!!! My man's name was Chris, and before he could hand me my dessert frappuccino, a post apocalyptic-size roach decided to drop off the wall and into the crevice of my door where the window was rolled down. This insectoid devil then decides to crawl down the inside of my door into the freaking floor board around my feet. Like any normal human, I lost my friggin shizz. I'm talking white girl scream at defcon 4. I dont remember if I warned barista Chris or not, but I immediately drove into the nearest parking spot and abandoned ship, startling more than a few customers in the neighboring space. Then out of nowhere, Chris comes running out the Starbucks on a mission. He manages to politely ask if he could enter my vehicle before flinging open the driver door, and slinging the floor mat out onto the concrete like a discus in the Olympic games. "You see it?!" He called to me, pointing as the attacking roach scuttled off the discarded floor mat and into the depths of the nearby grass. Once the danger was gone, Chris retrieved my floor mat and handed me my frappuccino that had brought out with him, and gave me a fist bump. Crisis averted! And the drink was legit. 10 out of 5 stars Chris!!!...

If I could give this place a negative 5 star review I would. I went in and placed my order for 2 iced green tea lattes and as I waited for my ICED green tea latte I was given a hot drink. Okay, no biggie. I ask the guy is this the ICED green tea latte I asked for. He replies with a stink attitude, "did you want it iced?". Well duh I think that's what I said. So he rudely attempts to make an iced green tea latte and in about a matter of 45 seconds hands me a disgusting drink that tastes like nothing BUT milk and warm at that. So I go back inside and ask the cashier to please return my money and then she looks at me like a retard and asks if I wanted made over again instead so I say sure go ahead why not maybe third times a charm. NOPE. Same disgusting sugarless milk water drink. And of course by now I'm in my car headed home with no intention of driving back. Mind you this place was empty with about a group of 3 people waiting for their drinks. Nasty attitudes, disgusting drinks, what a waste of my time and money. Ridiculous. This location is amazing! My uber driver had left a large part of my order there. no big deal and an easy and honest mistake if there are 2 bags. plus if I act fast it should be an easy fix. I called both the driver and the store to find out what happened. The driver told me he would go back but to give him a few minutes for another order, asked for my address and I called the store so they wouldn't throw it away. they didn't and I checked an hour later at my door. no sign of the food. maybe it got stolen or he picked it up but got lost? I called the store and the food was still there and the driver hadnt come. I got refunded and tried to order again but they were out of an item. they still had mine though and when I called they said they would throw it in anyway. I called the other uber and they somehow got instructions for the wrong Starbucks but the right Starbucks still not only kept my order but at some point reheated it.
