Good size restaurant.  They had an email sign up on their webpage which I took advantage of as they had a promotion going on for a free dessert.  They have a good bit of vegeterian items to select from in their menu which is impressive. We were greeted warmly upon arrival.  We reached earlier in the evening and there weren't too many people.  I had reserved a booth so we got one. Good ambiance and soft melodious music (Not the bollywood blast like in some other indian restaurants).  Following are the details for what we ordered and all dishes are rated out of 5 stars. - Gobi Manchurian - 5 stars.  Probably the best gobi manchurian I've had so far (India or US).  Crispy on the outside, medium spice level, tangy and tasty.  Oh and a very good size portion.  Normally I've seen gobi manchurian get soggy in minutes after it arrives at your table.  I wish could give it like 8 out of 5 stars - It was so good - Sweet corn soup - 3.5 stars.  A bit sweeter than normal.  Also normally with sweet corn soup there is chilli vinegar and soy sauce server which was not the case here. - Hot and sour soup - 3.5 stars - Definitely unique taste with an indian touch.  Quite spicy. - Dahi Bhalle - 2.5 stars.  The bhallas seemed freshly fried but normally bhallas(fried paties) are soaked in water and pressed hard to get all the oil out before putting it in dahi (yogurt).  That was not the case here and the bhallas did not soak any of the dahi and taste was also just okay. - North Indian Thali - 3.8 stars overall Thali items rating  -  Raita 3 stars (a bit too creamy texture for raita for us)., Mutter paneer - 5 stars, Dal Makkhani - 5 stars, Aalo curry - 3.5 stars, Navratan korma - 3.5 stars, biriyani - 4 stars, rice 5 stars, chapati - 3.5 stars, kheer - 3.5 stars, Halwa - 5 stars - Salad 2 stars(onions and leamon slice  - worst ever! seemed like they had this cut before hand and straight away brought from the refrigerator - Lets just say I did not eat it and kept it far away from my plate), Wada - 4 stars - Chole bhature - Chole were great - 5 stars but the bhatura was not something that you could eat more than a couple of bites of.  So only 4 stars over all. - Ras malai(dessert) - 3.0 stars.  It was okay.  Seemed like they had just microwaved it, since the malai pattie was warm from the inside. - bang for the buck - 3.5 stars prices for the dishes and the quantity was at par I would say - Customer service - 5 stars - Awesome customer service. Courteous and smiling faces. - Time taken to get the food to our table - 3.0 stars.  Even though we were among the first few, it took a long time (like 25 - 30 min) for some of the dishes to arrive. - Ambiance - 4 stars ---------------------------------- - Over all 4 stars

Weekend and holiday buffet is $19.99 plus tax Wow! My first time here. Safe to bring carnivore friends here as they have 4 meat dishes included on the buffet. The meat sections are away from veg items so it is very vegetarian friendly. 15 hot vegetarian items on buffet, plus 2 soups, 8 cold items, fresh naan brought to your table, freshly made dosa brought to your table, and a good chai, all included. Though today they did not have my favorite, sag paneer, they had other paneer dishes that were wonderful. Plenty of fresh fruit and all of my family's favorite desserts; rice kheer, mango pudding, and gulob jamin (sorry, I can't spell) I have never heard of Gobi Manchurian before, if you are carnivore and like orange chicken or general's chicken that you find at Chinese restaurants, you will love the Gobi Manchurian. It is made with cauliflower instead of chicken and if you were not told, you would think that you're eating very tender chicken. I'm going to have to come back just for this dish alone. If you are into little touches, I just noticed as I'm finishing up, the manga pudding has mango slices in it and they've actually put a walnut piece on top of each of the gulab jamun on the buffet. What a nice little touch that you usually don't see on a buffet. Atmosphere is bright and lively. One of my best buffet experiences in a very long time.

I wanted to leave my overall very positive experience at Curry Bliss. Sometimes you appreciate an experience more when you come across a not so positive one. I was planning my mother in law's 85th birthday lunch for a group of 20 people. Since we are vegetarian and she has some religious beliefs we wanted to go to an all vegetarian restaurant. Anand at curry bliss answered all my questions in the planning process. But my 5 stars are for the Service, cleanliness and getting the promised experience. I saw Anand giving personalized attention to each customer not just to our party. Thank you to the whole staff for doing a great job. Going back to my initial statement, I realized when I went to Malgudi Garden for planning this event ALL I heard from Madan the manager was I cannot go outside my rules to attend to your needs From Anand at Curry Bliss what can I do to make it a pleasant experience not transactional.

Worst service! They take so much time and the person running the place doesn’t have sense how to run the place.

Reply to your response:

Me with 5 other friends visited this place yesterday for dinner so we can experience some authentic Indian food. We did read the reviews online (though mixed) still considered to pay visit.

We were greeted by the lady at the counter and she was courteous and took us to the table.

As we started to give our orders, that included multiple items as mentioned on your menu. After taking down the orders as the lady was almost on the way to kitchen to start with the prep.

We heard from the person maybe the owner (I don’t know the name) in a rude way, that it would take over 30 minutes to prepare the thali’s. And you can order other individual items on the menu.

That’s what triggered me to provide the ratings as 1. And the reason why I gave the ratings even before our food was being ordered to us.

Based on your assumption, as you wrote we might be in a habit of eating frozen food is extremely disappointing.

Contrary it took almost 30-40 minutes for other items as well. And the astonishing part was almost the entire resturant was empty but for 3 tables.

Interesting part I noticed you arrive on the counter you do see maximum occupancy of 299 people.

If you aren’t equipped with resources to handle multiple orders at a point time. You can politely inform the customers so they know in advance.

And that’s one of the reason why I am writing back to you, so other customers doesn’t receive the experience I felt while having dinner at the resturant.

If it takes over 30 minutes to prepare the dish kindly add that on your website and menu so the customers know in advance.

If you can’t serve your customers properly, don’t expect good ratings from them either. We are paying for the service you are providing.

Kindly take the reviews and comments seriously provided by the customers.

Though the food was good, but kindly improve your customer experience. The 1 star rating might help you to uplift the same.

The way you talk to your customers at times overshadows the quality of...

Based on the reviews, I along with my wife and daughter went for Dinner today 07/30. We reached the place at 7:05 PM...not much but they were serving two tables only. The staff welcomed us very nicely and provided us the space to sit and handed over the menu to order food.

We ordered Panner Tikka, North Indian Thali and Kidd's Hakka Noodles....After 20-25 minutes, Panner Tikka arrived on our table...Panner was good and my daughter liked it but the Capsicum was not well cooked. By that time we were the only one in the restaurant as other are done and left.

After another 10 minutes they serve us the Kids Hakka Noodles, it was too oily and the way it was cooked does not seems to be for the Kids..It was more of Indian Marriages one...But still better than last the last item that took them almost 45 minutes.

So Finally after a long wait for 45 minutes even when we were the only one in the restaurant, comes the North Indian Thali.... It comes with 4 gravies. 2 sweets, appetizer, Palio, rice and Naan... The Naan seems so bad, it was burned and moreover made with old dough... We enquire and the guys replied very politely that he can replace it... all the other items seems not to fresh and cold...we waited for almost 15 minutes for the replacement Naan and they were still making. We left the food, paid the whole bill and came out...

Waiting for 45 minutes to get cold food and another 20 minutes for a bread, no way. It ruined...
