The service that I received was deplorable! There were three teenagers/young ladies working behind the counter and only one customer sitting in the lobby when I entered this location today at 6pm. I am sure that at least one of the employees heard me enter the store and I noticed that two of them saw me approaching the counter. However, none of the ladies acknowledged me entering the store and failed to greet me while I was standing at the counter to place my order. I had to greet them and request that someone assist me. The employee that ended up fixing my order “greeted” me with no words but a smirk + chuckle. She obviously was amused by me having to request that someone actually assist me. I was extremely disappointed in how unprofessional, tasteless and childish the employees reaction was. I understand that this isn’t a 5 star restaurant, but how has management allowed such service? Read moreYesterday, August 27, 2025 I tried to go into this location on Park Lane and if anybody knows the difficulty it is to even park and that location knows that I was making an effort to go here . It’s around 215 pm or so and only a few people inside the business. Also lack of staff was present but the lack of care from the person at the front line was mediocre not helpful so I ended up not ordering because the food beginning with the beans looked dried out and when I asked for fresh beans, she didn’t know when they would be available until somebody came from the back and informed Also when she retrieved new beans she ended up placing old beans on top. Very frustrating especially since according to some of your advertisements it mentions fresh made daily so if the front line food looks dried out, something needs to happen. Read moreI’ve been eating at this chipotle for over 8 months and sadly i’ve watched the food quality go down the hill quickly. This has just begun to happen over the past 2 and a half months. Back in July they changed a lot of team members because the previous ones were sent to “repair” another chipotle restaurant. What I mean by “repair” is fix a chipotle that isn’t doing well and is suffering from the same issues that this one now is going through. The old manager at this location was amazing. She was very on top of the service provided, food quality, and cleanliness of the restaurant. This new team couldn’t care less about the food quality that they’re producing and the horrible service quality that they’re offering thier customers. Hopefully a new manager can come in and restore things to how they were just a few months prior.
