⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review Title: Excellent Customer Service Makes All the Difference

I stopped by Chipotle today and noticed I was rung up incorrectly after looking at my receipt. I brought it to their attention — they apologized right away, but I’ll admit I was pretty upset at first because this has happened before.

A few minutes later, the manager came out while I was sitting down to eat. He saw the receipt on my table and personally handed me a full refund for my meal, even though I only asked for the difference. That gesture really stood out.

The bigger male in glasses that was at the top of the line, didn’t acknowledge me or my mother presence or anyone in the building when we entered . We still showed patience despite being hungry after work, we waited at the counter for the young man who’s back was to us for a minute to turn around and greet us or ask us what we wanted. It took several minutes before I had to say “Pardon me can we order”. The counter man stated back “I’m waiting on the beans” in a snappy tone. As if we should know, or as if he had told us what was going on. This is a new location and this is the second time I left unsatisfied because , me and mother left , after that rudeness, and lack of hospitality. I do not go to Chipotle often, but I am aware that they have a reputation for giving small portions. That being said, I am not sure why this location has a low rating at the time I am writing this. This is the first Chipotle where the portions were actually generous. It reminded me of how Chipotle used to be when they first became popular. On top of that, the store looks newly updated and very clean. The staff member who handed me my order was also really friendly. I usually ask for vinaigrette on the side and in the past that has caused some attitude from other locations, but here, the staff member was extremely kind and helpful.
