The food was actually very, very good! I just got a hamburger and waffle fries, and I had to pay an extra $1 for cheese and $1 for bacon. The cost on the burger and fries was about $20. I also got an Old Fashion and a cup of water to drink. The burger was very good as were the waffle fries and they were served hot like I like my food. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food tasted. And our server, and I wish I could remember her name, was very friendly and she checked in on us. She was very happy and outgoing and did a great job. I can't remember her name but she was a black young lady that was fun to be around and she had tattoos on her arm that I saw. She was real outgoing and if you get her you'll know it was her because she was funny, happy, and enjoyable to have as a server. The place is not very big but it was packed and there was a wait of about 25 minutes to get in. This is just outside of the American Airlines Center. The bathroom door didn't have a lock on it and it was a single occupancy room with nowhere to put anything if you were carrying it. But since the food was so good, I write it off as an occasional expense on a night out to see a concert. I don't know what the exact cost was but I believe it was on average about $50 to $60 a person and there were two of us. Definitely way overpriced but the food was very good and so was...

Read moreSurprisingly, the service was really bad. We should have sat at a table because the young lady who greeted us was so friendly and welcoming. The people behind the bar however, were not. The barback smiled and said hello. The bartender puffs on his vape while he text on his phone. There was a young woman cutting fruit who set up shots for the start of shift crew. She gave us coasters, asked if we needed anything. The menu said we made happy hour times but the bill was full price. My friend has the tacos, I had the reuben (it was dry and I received no sauce that asked to have on the side), we each had a strawberry lemonade margarita. THIS was delicious. $75. Outrageous? I was disgusted to see auto gratuity added. Mostly because the young man behind the bar who never engaged with us didn't deserve a $2 tip so I hope that $12.75 that was wrangled from us went to the kitchen staff and the happy people. I've been here before and I have never had this type of experience....
