I didn't even stay. I demanded my money back almost immediately after entering the room I had booked over 2 weeks in advance. The room was dirty and DID NOT look at all like the pictured room on the website (jacuzzi king suite). The jacuzzi was nothing like the jacuzzi pictured on the website either, it was not in the room next to the bed, it was just a deep tub with a couple of jets, no steps, nothing worth paying extra for. There were cigarette and blunt burns all over the edge of the sink and jacuzzi as well. There was a conjoined room next door as well which was not mentioned in the description either. I checked the door and it appeared as though that door didn't lock either, so a stranger could have just walked in from next door had they pleased!?
Upon informing the front desk of my dissatisfaction with the room (once again, booked over 2 weeks in advance) he responded to me "We almost cancelled your reservation because you arrived after midnight to check in". I responded "well go ahead and do it, cancel my room and give me my refund right now".
He resisted giving the refund at first, until he realized I was staying in the hotel with my band (we had rented a total of five rooms) upon realizing that we were all travelling together (no one was happy with their room, as none of the rooms were as described), and me threatening to call super 8 corporate right that moment (2:30am 2/14/2015 YEAH VALENTINES DAY NO LESS!) the staff finally gave in and issued a refund to everybody in my group.
we ended up staying at the hilton garden inn marketplace about 15 minutes away, and they even worked with us after we informed them of our situation, they gave us a room from 5am to 11am the next day for the cost of a single day (and upon checkout they informed me that our rooms were reserved through the NEXT day, and that we could indeed stay at no additional cost, but alas, our plans couldnt be adjusted to enjoy the extra day)
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY. I WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN I WOULD NOT CONSIDER STAYING AGAIN SUPER 8 HAS LOST MY BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THIS...

Black mold on the ceiling, cigarette burns in all of the bed linens. Four people had to share two towels, two bath cloths and one tiny bottle of shampoo. My husband and I shared one towel and our children shared the other. At least there were two small bars of soap. Worst of all, we were put in a smoking room after reserving a nonsmoking. Had trouble breathing for days afterward. This hotel is in a really bad area! Had to watch our vehicle all night. Nice enough staff, but they are understandably cautious of guests. Contacted Priceline.com immediately after checking in, spent hours conversing online only to be told I'd have to contact their Priceline Group Company... Booking.com. There was no resolution. The online description was a complete and total lie. We asked questions about the discrepancies, but we did not want to otherwise confront the staff. Obviously they are used to dealing with another type of guest and we'd prefer to not be accused of any of the common issues I'm sure they regularly deal with. We witnessed one employee having to use a mop to chase away a very troublesome character. This is not a safe place!!! Unsavory characters were constantly passing thru and were often very loud and rambunctious, women were being picked up and dropped off regularly and there were multiple fights in the parking area close to our vehicle. We couldn't rest at all. The pricepoint is very misleading. This was a $50 accommodation AT BEST. We payed $90 and were unable to resolve the reservation issues with priceline.com at the time of check-in, and likely will never receive...
Read moreIf I could I would put 0 where can I even start Sunday night 09/09 I booked a room around 5 left for a couple hours to family event when I got back the room had been cleaned again didn’t pay no attention to that should been the first red flag around 4 in the morning a couple burst in the room because the clerk had double booked the room 5 min later he come mad not even asking question assuming we where some homeless that had broken in he was so rude & disrespectful I get it when some one makes mistake we all are human but when you know your wrong still he tried kicking out the room saying I had checked out when it was lie I had the key in had he ripped it out my hands & was quick to say that was not the key to their hotel but in his had had another key that looked the same & when I got the key I got it from them as soon as I told him I wanted a refund he wanted talk about the situation & offer me back the room I already had paid for the night over alll don’t book with them just go to the other ones they are pricy but more worth this hotel plus with suck rude staff yeah won’t be ever coming back they just lost me been coming here for years at least every weekend I drive up to Dallas won’t be staying with...
