I've been meaning to swing by the store to try y'all's new Summer frosted cherry berry drink before there gone. Chick-fil-A countless commercials on TV and YouTube makes the frosted drink look so freshing and LARGE. As a customer finished his order I seen he had a cherry berry frosted drink I've been patiently waiting to try, however his was a small (kid size). I asked the manager for a cherry berry frosted drink the gentleman in front of me ordered however I wanted a LARGE! I was informed Chick-fil-A only makes one size. I informed the manager and other customers behind me Chick-fil-A makes these new Summer frosted drinks looks so large on TV and YouTube but in reality there so tiny! I believe this is called "customer deception" "lying to the customer until we order at the counter". I know these tiny frosted drinks are not in the Chick-fil-A commercials, right? Last Summer when the Lemon frost was launched y'all we're using much larger cups like to make frosted coffee, right? Or am I that blind that fast food giants make everything looks bigger on TV?
I very small frosted drink almost cost me $5.00. I do blame Chick-fil-A Executive's, sale's and marketing for this because many fast food restaurants care more about a profit and passing the cost to a customer rather than blessing a customer who's been loyal since the beginning!
I also noticed 2 hard working employees (female) making 100's of kid meal orders. I joking told told a lead in a grey shirt "how many kid meals have you made today ?" I laughed because I used to work in fast food and I'm a blood cancer patients. Having a high order to complete can get overwhelming if no one is helping you! I told the lead " I believe it's the kids last day of school today and it's almost 3pm and almost over Sister, keep pushing! I even offered to help because no one else was. They had 2 tables lined up with kids meals, the front packed with customer's and food delivery pick up orders. Read moreme and my sister frequently visit this location A LOT given we live 5mins down the road so we spend a lot of money at chic fil a for lunches and breakfasts for work my sister not so long ago went to go pick up our aunts order she goes through the drive as always and confirms the pickup with 2 different individuals before getting to the window for pickup. When she gets to the window she lets them know she has 2 orders and gives the name the employees couldn’t seem to find our aunts online order so it seems like they maybe have given the order away by accident who knows nobody could find the order. they ask her for the receipt so she calls my aunt to which unfortunately wouldn’t answer so they ask my sister to pull up to wait so she does. After about about 15-20mins of waiting she decides to pull back around the drive through to see what’s going on with her order mind she didn’t even receive her own order that she order herself in the drive through they kept her food the ENITE time. as she’s talking to someone in the drive through on of your employees comes up to her with the food and has attitude and gives it to her and rightfully so my sister asks well i’ve been eating 20mins for my food and it’s been ready so it’s probably cold by now, to which your employee responds with A LOT of attitude well there’s nothing we can do about it. EXCUSE ME i’ve been in the service for years and have never ever treated a customer this way, and it was more surprising that it was coming from a chic fil a worker. 4 white 10$ ones and one red 20$ GC (60$ in total PLUS 30$ in food for my family) but the 20$ gift card one was loaded on to the wrong card and they gave me a card with nothing on it.
Hand them out to them on Christmas Eve. One of them with the 20$ card says it doesnt have anything on it. So I check my receipts and turns out the card number doesnt match any of my GC receipts. I go in to talk to a manager they try to tell me the card was already used Because the PURCHASE receipt says remaining balance on it ? And there’s no way for them to know this card isn’t one of the other 4 so I say no problem let me get the other receipts so I bring my other receipts the FOH manager tells her it looks like I was given the wrong card since the card number doesn’t match any receipts I have for each gift card. They disappeared for 5-10mins comes back out and tells me that EVEN though the CG # on the receipt I have and the card I was given don’t match that it somehow left the restaurant with money on it even though the receipt say otherwise. So I told her So to make sure you’re telling me that Even though my receipt says that the 20$ got loaded on to card ending in 8303 that somehow magically it should be on the red card I have ending in 5098? She apologized and said “ that’s what their telling me to say” and that I would need to reach out to support to see if there was a glitch in their POS.
Idc about 20$ it’s the principle. So now I have to go get another Giftcard for my employee. Never had a problem here since we live 5 mins away but next time I’ll just Go to Raising...
