Love the food! However am retired and to keep busy I take train to the Westend of Dallas just to eat morning breakfast occasionally. Not quite a regular but a frequent visitor. 12/24/24 I came to eat but thought I better use the restroom before ordering. Needless to say I was treated horribly for asking for the key to use the restroom. The approach and tone of voice directed at me shocked me when I was told that I had to purchase some food first before I would be given the key! I kept being told "we don't have public restrooms"! I said I come here all the time to eat and that's why I'm here this morning. Then the manager follows though with same spill! I had to pay for my order first and then the restroom key was made available to me. Really where was the attempt to understand that all wanted to do was use the restroom out of urgency before i and ordered! That's it! Clean shaven, casual dresse and well spoken but you would have thought that I was a homeless person or someone with mental decline in the way that I was spoken to. The food is great but I will have to consider this customer experience before...

I come to this place almost every morning before I make it to my job as a my go to place for breakfast, food is always good but service is one the worst I have anywhere . I first used to come and place my order at the registers but after many times of been ignored at the front counter by numerous of employees who pass by it and see you but avoid any eye contaci or interaction or seen at least five employees on break while only one lady scrambles to take orders make coffee drinks or refill the coffee stations I opted to place my daliy orders on line just trying to avoid been a bother to the cashiers or managers only to receive the same treatment , It just frustrating to see only one older lady been so attentive and caring and all the other mostly hispanic ladies just glance at customers almost with an non welcoming feeling. this location it's been at the west end for many years and it's just sad to see how the front of the house employees have make this restaurant don't have the heart of...

Nice place for breakfast type foods or the kind of finger foods that your old lady might dig. The prices can get a little intimidating in my opinion especially if your use to fast food prices, this place might have you looking twice at what you don’t have in your wallet. I think this place masquerades as semi healthy even though nothing in the restaurant markets health. It just has that ā€œgood for youā€ vibe even if it’s a self generated concept. I know the name says bakery but the sandwich I had gave off an awfully strong microwaved appearance, mouthfeel and temperature. The employees are nice and attentive - they must hire ā€œmorning peopleā€ as a condition to employment. Personally I think there is something wrong with Morning People early in the AM I’m a Mourning Person, and that don’t change until noon time. I’m going to give this place 4 stars because my wife really liked it and my girlfriend thought it was La Madeleine’s. They don’t know about each other and I’m hoping that...

Pancakes are so soft and tasty. Melts in your mouth. Food and price was great. Only small complaint I had to ask for butter 🧈 ketchup.
