Craft Boba Tea — Restaurant in Dallas

I waited until I wasn’t upset anymore to make a review so this is not impulsively made. We are regulars here so most of the girls know us . TODAY a different girl took our order (we order the same thing every time )lol. She handed me a small drink and told her it was a large not a small, she took it back and I heard her laughing in the back. She came back to add the boba to the large cup (I thought how nice they are remaking it without a fuss) and when she handed it back I realized she just added more boba to the base and dumped the same small drink into the large cup 😂 I left because I was not about to start a scene but this is crazy . If I wasn’t a regular I wouldn’t have known .. nice try but yes I noticed … I’m just posting this because I actually do like the teas and the service is always good. I come to this Boba Shop every time I am a vendor at the Bishop Arts market and for whatever reason today had to be the day I had a terrible experience. I had a friend get my order and it turns out that they put tapioca boba instead of mango boba. It's hot so it wasn't until a drank some that I realized it was wrong. I went back and asked them to correct it. One of the girls lied and said that their policy is that once you leave the store, they can't do anything about it. I asked her where that policy is and she says it's online. Come to find out that was a lie. Since they were being difficult, I decided that I would just pay for the mango boba. I really like this place and I’m disappointed that I had to leave. The young man behind the counter took my order and I paid with cash. He then proceeds to scoop out the Boba with no gloves and I asked him was that mine to which he replied yes. I asked him if he could put on some gloves because he just touched money and he took the cup and put it in the back so that it could be made but he, 1. Did not put on any gloves and then 2. He was going to make it and give it to me that way without me knowing. I had to request my money back and now I can’t come back because of this review. I don’t think my request was unreasonable.
