Denny's — Restaurant in Dallas

ABSOLUTE WORST dining experience I’ve ever had in my 22 years of living! First, I arrived there 10 minutes after the online order said it would be ready so that I wouldn’t have to wait. Once getting there I stood at the register for about 10 minutes with no one serving me. Once the server finally did greet me, it was rude and dismissive. After informing her I was there for an online order, she looked me up and said she couldn’t find my order. I’m assuming that was done to buy time. She told me to have a seat and she’d find it. After another 5 minutes I walked up and showed her my receipt and she magically found my order... but it wasn’t ready. I asked how long it would take, seeing as to how it was already almost 30 minutes late, and she replied “I don’t know.” By this time I was frustrated and told her to find out. She asked the cook, who clearly had an attitude, and he told her he didn’t know either. She came back and said “Well there’s your answer I don’t know what you want me to do!” By this time we were arguing because I’m pissed! After about 5 minutes of trying to figure out how much longer I’d have to wait, she aggressively asked the cook, which she should have done in the first place, and he told her 10 minutes. She came back and said “He said 10 minutes idk what you want me to do” to which I replied “Exactly what u just did, tell me how long I’ll be waiting!” 10 minutes turned into another 20 and she finally brought my food; not to me though. She sat it down at the register and said “Here,” then walked off. I asked for my receipt to sign which she refused to give me! I could’ve easily reported to my card that I didn’t make this payment since I never signed any receipt but I haven’t. Also, I didn’t get my drinks! I’ll definitely be leaving reviews wherever I can. I expect a lot more from yalls establishments! I’m not sure if I should lower my standards for you all or just assume it’s just one bad apple. I guess that’ll depend on yalls response. The worst experience I've had at a Denny's restaurant my entire life! Took a half hour to seat us at a dirty table. Ended up wiping it down ourselves. Then the waitress took about 20 minutes to come acknowledge our table. Not bring drinks or anything, just to come tell us she would be back. Another while later she asked us what we wanted to drink and we wanted the typical coffees and an orange juice for my daughter. My wife and I were discussing what to get my daughter and the waitress butted in to say for my wife to talk to her not me. To save on time we ordered our food at the same time we ordered our drinks and my daughter got her orange juice about a half hour later, but no coffees. My wife takes my daughter to the bathroom and roughly 10 minutes later the food finally shows up and still no coffee. Tell the waitress we still have not had our coffee and she leaves to go help another table and then go grab our coffee. The nachos I ordered arrived cold and my wife's food was lukewarm at best. Contemplated sending the food back because not too long before us getting our food the waitress told the table next to ours that the worst thing you can do is piss off your waitress. Finally had enough when I told the waitress the food was cold and she grabbed the other plates to tell me the plates were warm. I said I understood the plates were warm but the food was cold. She disagreed but asked if I wanted to send it back. I said no since we didn't want to wait any longer for food. My wife's food was cold as well and the waitress said she was gone from the table so long that the food got cold. Wife was gone maybe 10 minutes or so taking care of our daughter. Even though. We then just decided to leave and go somewhere else. Will never return to this establishment and they should be embarrassed by the unprofessional waitress they have there....

This place is the worst place I have ever been to in my life time. This little girl dashaun or whatever her name is needs to be fired asap. Tonight I went in with my 4 children and you can tell right when we walked in that she didn't want to wait on us. Took then about 5min to figure out who would wait on us. Me and my friend decided we would just go somewhere else. I decided to ask for corporates number and the manager says they dont have a corporate they are a franchise shes looking for her phone to give me the number and ask me what the problem is. So I tell her that this is the fourth time I go in there and the same little girl has a problem. So then this little girl say that it's because I'm rude. Never have I ever been rude the first time she was annoyed because me and my cousins went in and had 9 kids. She never asked us what we wanted to drink never brang us or silver ware or anything. So when another employee a guy asked if he could help she rolled her eyes and says they dont listen. First of all she never addressed any of us she just stood there and looked at us. Well alright then so I decided I would leave. Now tonight she tells me I'm rude and then proceeds to run from behind the coner i stand there and really i would have knocked some customer service into her. Then the manger tells me I'm going to get into trouble shes going to call the cops. I'm like ok call the cops I'm standing here never do I try and run behind the counter. However I do tell this girl to run up so explain how am I going to get in trouble the customer who is asking to make a complaint. When it's taking 2 other employees to detain this girl who is trying really hard to get knocked out. This place has no customer service once so ever.
