I cannot believe the experience I just had. Me and my husband ordered a large pizza, 2 lava cakes, wings and a 2Liter for curbside pickup. We got home ready to eat our food just to open it and find our pizza cut into ridiculous pieces. We call to talk to the manager , Brandon, all he tells us is to bring it in so they can remake it. NO "SORRY , no professionalism , nothing! I take it back , mind you my other food is getting cold. I get there Brandon sees me and just puts the remake on the counter and walks away without a single word or apology! He looks back and noticed I'm still there and just tells me ' YOU'RE GOOD TO GO" I tell him " no I'm not done " I'm trying to show the pizza they HAD ME BRING BACK just for him to tell me he already knows it was " AN ACCIDENT". So I told him I would like my other food to be remade since its cold now. Brandon starts to argue with me that I didn't tell him over the phone about the other remakes. I'm trying to talk to him but he constantly keep talking over me being so rude. I finally just told him just to give me a refund and all of a sudden he says he can remake my food now. HE just throws my food in and starts making other pizzas with NO GLOVES picking up all the toppings and putting it on the pizza. I find that so disgusting. I politely asked the employee ( Destiny) to come over because I honestly would just like a refund she rolls her eyes went to go tell Brandon (manager) and he yells out " I already put the food in" . Placed an order @12 pm on 10.30.19 for my team, per the tracker "Jay" started working on it. 40 minutes later its in the same status.
Problem #1 - Called the stored, to check on the status but before I can get a word out the person on the phone says, "your order isn't pulling up based on your phone number, you may have ordered from a different store". I told him I have an order number. Which is what he should have asked for before making that statement.
Problem #2 - Once he found the order, I asked how much longer will it be. He responds, "I dont know". No explanation or anything simply, "I dont know". So then I said it can be 2 hours or so. Now he comes backs and say maybe not two hours but we are working on it.
Problem #3 - So I proceeded to ask for a manager, and guess what, he says, "I am the manager". So I simply ask, you cant give me a time estimate on my order. Now is where the rudeness really kicks in. Apparently he is upset that the store is backed up and he cant tell me anything about my order except "we are working on it".
Problem #4 - So i ask him for his name, he doesn't want to give and goes on a rant. I ask several more times and he still refuses to provide it but says "sir, if there isn't else I can do..." then hangs up.
If this is the level of service thats Domino's provides... I definitely dont want it or recommend anyone else ordering from this location.
UPDATE: Dont know if its his real name or not, but the driver said the managers name...
Read moreHighly disappointed in the service. I placed an order through the app for Car Side Service. The app alerted me when my order was ready at 4:27pm. I clicked "I'M HERE" at 4:27pm. I waited and waited.... TWENTY MINUTES Later I'm still waiting so I'm forced to get out of my vehicle to go inside & check on my order. S omeone approached me about my order but could not find my order. A second person stepped in and found the order. Its been sitting out on the counter for 20 minutes so now the pizza is cold. The worker says "Here you go, We didn't hear the DING" then passed me a cold pizza and I mentioned I couldn't eat a cold pizza thats been sitting out. He says "Oh, I'm sorry. You can grab a soda on your way out though". So My order is canceled and I'm free to go! By far the worst customer service ever. Not only did I waste my time sitting and waiting but I wasted my time trying to support a business that has workers who can't manage customer experiences. No offer to remake it so it's fresh and I'm sorry for your time lost today, "do you have time to wait on another pizza to be made fresh?" Just a piece of paper that says its voided and an email telling me to wait said amount of days before I can receive my money. TRASH!!!! That's what I walked out with. You get screwed as paying customer (and I was patient and very nice about it) and you leave feeling like its your fault that they screwed up your order.
