I drove 9.5 hours from Alabama to Dallas to sample these delectable delicacies. I made careful to buy two of each. I had one in the parking lot before making the 9-hour drive home. To say that I couldn't drive fast enough back to Alabama to try the rest it would be an understatement. These are unique. The texture and flavors are unique. They satisfy every taste bud, plus more. So AMAZING. It was a little chaotic because I hadn't done my research ahead of time and didn't realize they required refrigeration, "don't judge" LOL :-) but I made it work. once I notice them an realize the big mistake I had done. No where to find an open store for a cooler in my drive I went in to action. AC at LOW blasting, layer up with pants and a jacket hahah. They made it. Holy crap, they made it. They are a little costly, but definitely worth the money. If you're in the Dallas area, please stop by here. I wish I could find the mango one, which I can't seem to find anyplace. I'm completing the drive again this week, and I came prepared. I've got the entire family's wish list and three coolers with me. See you soon, but...
Read moreWe’ve been on the hunt for great French pastry since we’ve gone to Paris . My husband is a huge croissant fan and has been disappointed with all the bakeries we’ve been to since our visit. This was our first time here and I can say we’ve found our spot for croissants. We tried the ham & cheese croissants. They were delicious, on the same level as the Parisian ones we’ve tried. It’s sweet, buttery, and flakey. We also brought the affogato and cappuccino. The gelato was sweet and creamy. We’ve brought 3 other sweet pastries as well as the butter croissant and chocolate croissants but we’ve yet to try them. We got them to- go. The blueberry cheesecake tart and red velvet tart are aesthetically beautiful. The other 2 croissants seemed promising as the 2 cheese and ham croissants we tried in store were impressive. Next on our list to try from them are : the croissant wheels and the croissant cookie. The staff were very helpful and the service was good. The interior is simple and clean; giving an elegant...

I got there right before opening on a Saturday, and it was a small line of people eager to get their hands on something sweet and delicious.
The door opened, and the smell in there was fantastic!
The line moved quickly, and before I knew it, it was my turn to order.
I was there on a mission, to get the CookiexCroissant.
I said, “One cookie croissant, please.”
My pastry was put into a paper box which was handed over to me in a fancy ‘Le Rêve’- paper bag.
I go out to my car, too excited to wait. I pick up the box; it's a bit warm from the freshly baked pastry.
As I opened the box, the same fantastic smell from the bakery spread around me in the car.
I picked it up and broke that crispy CookiexCroissant in two. It was a lovely combination of a soft, flaky, buttery croissant and a crispy cookie with melted chocolaty goodness.
I will stop here—the rest you need to experience yourself.
But I do recommend this place if that...
