This store’s customer service is very unprofessional and left me a bad experience I will never buy from this store location ever again !! Here’s why you shouldn’t either . 1 they overcharge way over the retail price for the shoes plus they add on a store tax . 2 they do not give refunds they only want to give store credit to force the customer to spend with them if you have an issue with a purchase .In my experience I bought shoes for my girlfriend for Christmas and the store associate gave me the wrong size . However my girlfriend tried the shoes on at home and they didn’t fit .I than take them back to the store. The associates were asking me if the shoes would fit my little cousin that was there with me at the time or if he can grow into them .I then presented the shoes to the owner of the store and he told me that they have been worn, he only said that because it had a drops of water on the sole . I told him they were only tried on in my apartment And yes I rinsed the soles of the shoe to make sure that there was no debris from my home so that’s what the water was from. . Your better off buying shoes off stockx or flightclub . Please come home Dallas is will tax you way more than what they will charge you. I want to give a 1 star but the store is well designed and I like the setup, so I will give it 2 stars. The reason I want to give it a 1 star is because of the prices, which you will notice are outrageous if you go to their website. I'll give 2 examples of how this store is taxing like crazy. 1st: Cool grey 11's are $599 on their site, but on GOAT and stockx they range from the low 300's to high 300's and for instant ship on GOAT they range from low 400's to 500's. This is about a $200-$300 markup on what the market for the shoe actually is. 2nd example: Jordan 1 Mochas are $799 on their site. On Goat and stockx they range from high 500's to low 600's with instant ship on GOAT being in the high 600's. Why would someone pay $150+ more to get a shoe from this store when they can wait a week or even shorter if you order from GOAT instant ship (which usually takes about 2-3 days). It is clear they are taking advantage of many people who don't know the market. Do yourself a favor and save literal 100's of dollars by shopping on eBay, GOAT, and stockx. And if you want to go to a store to pick them up just get them from GOAT instant ship because it would still be cheaper.
