Amazing food! My family and I eat firehouse subs maybe once a week. We just love it so much! This is our go to location. Everyone is always working hard and super friendly. I was inclined to write this review as I had superior customer service today by Victor. Victor was very kind and made sure my child and I were feeling safe and comfortable in a situation that was out of the store’s control. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Came in today around 5pm ordered 2 sandwiches. No greeting when I walked in, stepped up to the counter and the guy behind asked me to give him a minute which I obliged. Waited 8 minutes, grabbed my sandwich's and left. When I got home, the New York steamer was drowned in mayo and bottom piece of the bread was soaking wet. The other, Turkey bacon ranch literally tasted like hot dogs. Both of the sandwich's were a disappointment. Look for another sandwich shop in the area. Don't waste your money...

I have never been so frustrated. I placed for my office at 11:25 and it was stil not ready for pick up at 12:45. At 1:05 it was still not picked up for delivery.
