Luciano Family Pizzeria — Restaurant in Dallas

These was one of our favorite restaurants inside these place, we mostly buy pasta but now don't really put much of the stuff, not much meat just what the short lady can reach to grab she doesn't really put much of anything and after choosing three veggies she wants to move on I think she needs to wait until we're done choosing just as she would've like to do herself but anyways other than that still good but my chicken really didn't taste too good she hardly even put any butter, I didn't saw her putting the pepper or salt or at least it didn't tasted they also didn't put the jalapeños like we told her,I really don't know why they ask if we want any if they hardly put some, the bread it's not like it just to be now its hard and not buttery at all and very small they don't even care about the shape it looks like and even borne looks like if my little one's we're making then different shapes and sizes, prices are going high just like everywhere pasta it's $14.00 with one small dry bread, pizzas are $14.00 cheese only if you want to add an ingredient it's over $20.00 but you can just buy one slice but it's much higher. The workers are just talking and on their cell maybe there's one to two people working must be the newest employees cause the rest are just ignoring you until they see the manager comes out but seems like they...

It was very busy and the service and staff were pleasant. I do wish someone taking my order would have suggested we get a combo. As a first timer, I didnt have a handle on the offerings so it was confusing. We ordered 3 drinks and 3 slices of pizza. What took me aback was we also ordered a small salad and a small fruit salad but I didn't catch that they were $8.99 EACH. These were the equivalent of side items in size. This was particularly upsetting to me when I realized had we gotten a combo we would have saved money. Just a cautionary tale for those of you who go. Not even the cashier observed what we had ordered and suggested a combo so I really felt like we had been taken advantage of. If I'm going to order an $8.99 salad, it should be a meal and not the size of a small side. My kids said the pizza was good though and I'd say the salads were just OK. I ordered a meat calzone, 2 sliced of pizza, a side of fruit. It came out to be $40, so not exactly cheap. First, the waitress delivered my order to the wrong table. I told her that we are sitting near the entrance while she was delivering the food. I came back and my girlfriend said the order was not here yet. I went back to the counter and asked what happened. She said I didn't pay yet. So I asked the guy who took the payment and appeared to be the manager. He claimed that the waitress didn't understand English and delivered our food to the wrong table. Then she "found" the food and brought the tray back. The guy claimed that they would get new food for us. But brought over the same tray in 30 seconds.
