I arrived to this Jack In the Box on Wednesday February 23, 2021 around 11:50 pm after a hard days work with my family with a car full of extreme hunger. I know it’s not the healthiest of options but at this time of the day we were desperate. Keep in mind our household just endured the black outs from the winter storm and we are still recovering from all the food we lost to spoilage. I pulled up to the intercom to place an order and the gentleman politely tells me that this location is only accepting services from Uber eats, Post mates or Door dash. He might of said one more but I cannot recall. I then patiently said ok thank you and proceeded to place an order on my Uber eats app. Also keep in mind that I live around the corner from this location so I kept it optimistic and hopeful. I then placed my order in the Uber Eats App for myself and the family and we anxiously and eagerly waited to quench our hunger. After about 1 hour we noticed that a driver was on scene but wasn’t leaving with our food. A few minutes later at about 1:15 am our order was abruptly canceled and the reason stated that the store is closed. We were shocked and disappointed that a reputable business such as Jack In the Box would treat a customer this way. This is not good business and for a service oriented industry the customer was not taken care of in this situation. Read moreI had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this location during the early hours of 1:26AM July 7,2025 . The cashier working at the drive-thru—identified as a Hispanic woman with gold teeth—was shockingly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire encounter.
From the moment I pulled up, I witnessed her yelling at the customers ahead of me in line. When it was my turn, the treatment was no different. She raised her voice at me from the start, speaking to me in a disrespectful and aggressive tone that made the entire ordering process uncomfortable.
When I drove up to the window and calmly asked for her name, she refused and began laughing in my face. What made it even worse was that she started speaking in Spanish to her coworker, calling me dumb and mocking me—apparently unaware that I understand and speak Spanish myself.
This behavior was beyond unprofessional. I came expecting a simple late-night meal and was instead met with hostility and mockery. I made my order however I saw that I was missing some items return back due to main door being close. I advise him hey I am missing a drink and some chicken nuggets he stated you only said 5 as the customer you don’t need to go back and forward with me. I work in a customer service and I know how customer service should be. I ask for his name nicely however he refuse to give me his name stated that his name was in the receipt very rudely I ask again may I have your name he refuse. I had to re order my food paid the difference of the food due to lack of attention. before I left I still had to ask for my receipt since he didn’t have it to me. I ask to speak to manager advised he was the manager. That make me question the type of people that the employer trust to take care of their business and there customer.
