I am usually a very patient person who understands everyone makes mistakes at times and its how you recover from a mistake that matters most. When it comes to this location epic fail on all accounts. They made not one, not two, but several mistakes compounded on each other 1. An over 3hr estimated delivery is not acceptable and when a customer calls in about it an apology and a reasonable explanation should be offered. 2. When a customer calls in to attempt to modify the order a busy signal on the other end is not ok. 3. When an order is delivered it should be delivered hot and fresh right out of an insulated pouch. What we received was cold, unappetizing. 4. When an order is delivered it should match what was ordered on the receipt. We ordered a Large with beef, sausage, bacon, and pineapple. We got a medium with pepperoni and half sausage. 5. When a mistake is called in it should be directed immediately to a manager who then resolves the issue from start to finish. I spoke with at least three different people and it was not the manager I spoke to at the end of the call. 6. Follow through properly on resolving a mistake. The straw that broke the camels back for me was when the remake was not ready or even being made when I arrived when they said it would be ready in 20min (I got there after 30min). 7. Front desk personnel are the face of the company and should act accordingly by offering an apology and showing empathy. The front desk cashier seemed more interested in making comments to deflect blame from herself and chimed in when I was attempting to speak with who I thought was the manager (in retrospect I am not sure), neither of which is helpful. --For delivery my husband and I are usually regulars of Papa John's but my husband decided to go with Pizza Hut because he is usually very pleased with the quality at the dine in locations and was in the mood for a change. I was so frustrated by the compounded mistakes by this Pizza Hut location that I decided to turn the negative into a positive and went to our local Papa John's on the way home to thank them personally for how well they do every time we order and they gave me a voucher for...

Waited ten minutes to be greeted. The front was completely empty. I called the store to be sure people were there, and no one answered the phone. A man came in the store and yelled for someone to come help us before we were helped. The person who brought the order that had to be placed online (because no one answered the phone to place the order) only gave us half the order. She did not even repeat the order back. She just gave my sister the pizza boxes with no receipts so we assumed that was the whole order. We get to the birthday party and realize that we were only given half the pizza order, so we have to drive back to the store because, again, no one answered the phone so we can inform them that we were missing THREE of the five boxes of pizza. Back at the store to get the second part of the order, a male employee helped us and asked who only gave you part of the order and the female employee who did was right there so I said “She did.” This woman had the nerve to lie and say that she was not the one that gave me a partial order. No partial refund or anything was given for the waste of time and they didn’t even remake the pizzas we ordered that were no longer hot. They just gave the missing order to us and we left because we didn’t want to cause a scene.

Read moreThis is the SORRIEST Pizza Hut I have ever come across in my life. The pizza is always more than an hour late! Every single time! The first time we ordered pizza they said they called us 3 times. No one ever knocked in our door and no one ever called. The second time we ordered online (yes this was a last resort) we waited more than an hour AGAIN. And still never received our pizza. We ordered around 9:50 and they closed at 11. That was more than enough time for them to get it right. But no once again they didn't deliver and on top of that when we called at 10:50 they answered and put us on hold and never picked the line back up. When we tried to call back the phones were busy. We ended having to leave and pick up the pizza hoping that they would open the doors. This is the worst customer service. Oh and let's not forget about how they answer "Pizza Hut Hold" and never come back on the phone.The first time They messed up my order I had to call SIX TIMES before I could even get through to tell them our pizza never arrived. It took almost 3 hours to get one simple pizza! Moral of the story is don't order delivery from Pizza Hut. I recommend papa johns every time. We never have this issue with them.
