Whataburger — Restaurant in Dallas

Just went today 02/28 around 12PM, I originally went through the drive thru, but was having card issues, told Christine I was going to pull over to call my bank and just grab my food inside. She was very nice and understanding. Fast forward a few minutes later, I come inside, get in line, there was 4 people infront of me and I let the cashier know I originally ordered through the drive thru.. she immediately says “Oh you’re the one we’re waiting for, I dont have time for this”. Multiple times she refuses to ring me up, yells at Christine to come ring me up because she “doesn’t have time for me”, but she proceeds to check out three people behind me. I left with no food. She was just staring at me waiting there and kept saying she didn’t have time for me. I didn’t understand why if all I ordered was a patty melt meal.. Yet she managed to ring up others. I never got her name, she was an older black women, her lack of costumer service and adaptability is absurd. As someone who has helped managed multiple restaurants, it shouldn’t have been so hard to simply ring me up, instead of trying to be petty to your coworker by yelling knowing she was busy at the drive thru. Good Food - A Little Unprofessional and Disorganized When I walked in, the location was clean, but showed a lot of signs of wear and tear. I only had to wait a few moments to place my order, but my order was interrupted by an irate customer who didn’t receive the correct order and who had supposed had the window shut on her in the drive through. She scream obscenities as the manager tried to do something to help her, and then she stormed out. I finished my order, my food arrived quickly and was hot and made correctly. While I ate, another employee was sweeping the floor and was reprimanded by the manager for not “getting under the tables” well enough. A heated verbal exchange ensued and it was super awkward as I tried to eat my fries. It reminded me of being a kid and trying to not draw attention to myself as my parents fought. But whatever, my food was good so I wasn’t too upset. As I left, another customer came in with a very wrong order from the drive-thru. $17.46 wasted on horrible food. I am done coming to this location. Every single time we come to this particular location, we are either missing something or they added something in the burger we didn't ask for. TODAY I wanted a nice grilled chicken sandwich with 2 pieces of bacon. Instead, I get a soggy sandwich loaded with this italian dressing looking sauce, without my bacon. ALSO my chicken was flavorless and had horrible hard chucks of meat, making it hard to chew. I just ate a few bites and threw it away because I was so disgusted. My husband ordered a burger and asked for only lettuce but instead got tomatoes and let me add those tomatoes are really odd and stringy. The cashier Jalessa K, obviously got our order right, but the cooks did not care at all about what food they were delivering today. The manager on board today, 8/14/19, Cartina Collier, maybe its a good idea to tell your employees to care a bit more about their job, Thank you.....I am someone who doesn't eat fast food all the time, but when I do I expect my order to be correct!
