Manhattan Project Coffee — Restaurant in Dallas

I really want to like this place, but I feel like they are a victim of their own success. The beer is solid, the atmosphere (if you can find a spot) is great, but trying to get a beer is like pulling teeth. Not sure that it is the staff’s fault, the bar is not set up to handle as many customers they get, and after having been here a few times, its clear they don’t know what to do with all the people.

Everytime I come here its a bit of an ordeal, just cause I know ill be standing in line for 20 minutes just for another line to open up randomly for everyone behind me, or to be waving in a bartenders face before they notice me.

This is my favorite hidden gem in Dallas! The coffee is amazing… (don’t let it fool you that it’s tucked into the side of a taproom bar… they take their coffee as seriously as they take their beer)

The environment is beautiful in the mornings and a great place to get some work done. They have free wifi, a full scratch kitchen if you get hungry, and of course - plenty of beer.
