McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

I’m not understand for one while is there only two blacks that works at this McDonald’s? That’s what I want to know which there was three at the time , but I believe that the suppose to be general manager some Hispanic lady do her job right and stop trying to be there friends , yes “ crew members to management “ I know that McDonald’s could run better than this because the other McDonald’s stores I go to run a lot better than this McDonald’s ! She’s not general manager material because all she wants to do is hirer her breed of people. That’s not right and then when I come to get food my food be not right , it be half way cold and fry’s not fresh and I don’t blame the crew I blame the general manager , if I was there she would have been gone the first day I came . There was a African American male that was an manager there was an great asset to your store I forgot his name but if he could come back then it can run a lot better because I seen him in action and at least if we had an problem he would come and make sure everything is ok with me ! If I was you I would go and find his number and get him back that was an big great help ! I believe he would have ran it better than she did , but if I can ask how can this be the number one store if y’all rating are 3.5 ? Please help me I’m confused , but the store needs to come together and be together and get the store leveled out in the right way , but who ever gets this PLEASE IM ASKING SO PLEASE CAN YOU GET HIM TO COME BACK AND WORK FOR YALL . But seriously , it’s not together at this store and the so called general manager is not ready and able and capable ! I’m just sorry y’all have the wrong person in the wrong position. Then I might think about it calling you . Thank you ! , Jan 2024 the worst McDonald's they get mad if you ask for refills, They ARE SHORT STUFF ALL THE TIME.. the new kitchen is supposed to be New instead it look old and funky If chef Gordon Ramsay walk in will burn this place down and say it's a piece of dirt..*Gordon Ramsay do not come to this location it's a piece of dirt they have grown men talking in the kids area and they no self-service drink machine had no mirrors in the restroom this is important to women.. **Chef Gordon Ramsay please come help us (customer)out this it's a piece of dirt I can't stop thinking about l kitchen LOOKS it's nightmare I couldn't find the soda machine chef Ramsay they don't have one so I went there to see if things were improving they only have one cashier a black lady she was the only one she works hard they're never going to have two or more cashiers at this McDonald's they're overworking one lady the lady needs to have that full-time position now she's over at work far that lady and I hope she sues corporation to my second question is how can this black lady cashier keep up with everybody when y'all have 10 cooks and 10 helpers on the back and there's still a 20 minute 15 minute wait this is...

I already have extremely low expectations of McDonald's and I rarely order food here unless I don't have much to eat at home. But this review is not about the food, it's about the restrooms.

One time in particular, I couldn't wait until I got home to use my bathroom. I hated to do this, but I figured just going in McDonald's to use the restroom and leave couldn't be that bad, right?

No, it was that bad. The bathrooms, like all public bathrooms, were smelly and unsanitary. Yet, it got even worse. I saw the most revolting, disgusting sight I've ever seen in my life.

Warning:

In the stall, there was a trashcan.

I kid you not, in the trashcan, what I saw was a pair of panties with brown stains on them. You probably already know what I'm talking about, but after that, I decided that was basically the last time I would set foot in a McDonald's. I encourage those who are reading to just use the bathroom at your home.

Also, if you have kids, don't let them play in the playpen either. It's almost as disgusting as the restrooms. One...
