McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

This place is terribly ridiculous they serve you very fast though but because the order u get will 9 times out of ten be wrong so no wonder it gets prepared so quickly all i ever ask for is no ketsup no onions on my burger no matter what burger i order. My spouse and I have had such bad experiences at this location on MLK we have collectively decided not to return to this location ever we had our order screwed up about 3 or 4 times and it was very simple. One quarter pounder one mcdoible no ketsup no onions same order every time but it's hasn't been right once so I complained tried to bring it to management attention and they gave me the run around I practically begged for a corporate number after no one seemed to want to take on the task of resolving the consistency of poor customer service. Doesn't do ANY good to complain the owner will only lie and type how customer service is thier top priority when it CLEARLY IS THIER #1 AVOIDANCE. AND WHO KNOWS WHO MANAGEMENT REALLY IS BCZ EACH TIME THEY HAVE SAID MANAGEMENT WILL BE HERE NEXT SHIFT..OR MADE UP SUM POOR EXCUSE NOT TO ADDRESS THE REOCCURRING ISSUE.ITS SAD I CAN'T WAIT TO FIND OUT HOW TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO REALLY DOES CARE. LIKE THE BBB I KEEP MY RECEIPTS FOR THIS REASON PAPER TRAIL PAPER TRAIL UES I AM GOING TO FIND OUT BECAUSE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A VERY BAD PLACE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AND THE EMPLOYEES KNOW NONE OF THE HIGHER UPS OR BIG WIGS WILL REALLY CARE SO THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS ACCORDINGLY.THE ONLY TIME MY ORDER WAS RIGHT WAS WHEN I ORDERED THE COFFEE AND IT WAS THE ONLY ITEM ON THE TICKET SO OF COURSE I PUT MY REVIEW ON FACEBOOK AS WELL SOMEONE CAME ON LYING AGAIN EXCLAIMING CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THIER TOP PRIORITY. DON'T TELL THAT LIE TO ANYONE ELSE MR OR MRS OWNER BECAUSE CLEARLY U NOR YOUR EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION HAVE ANY IDEA OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. THEY ARE SO LAZY ONE NIGHT I CAME AND ALL RHEY WERE SERVING WAS COOMIES AND COMES NO FOOD AVAILABLE. SUPPOSEDLY BCZ THE AIR DUCT WERE BEING BLOWN OIT.TUB SMFH... THEY TOLD US MAYBE ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE COOLING RESUMED THAT WAS AROUND 12AM AT 3 AM NOTHING CHANGED OBLU COOKIES AND COKES. THE OWNER LOST SO MUCH MONEY THAT NIGHT I SAT IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING IN MY CAR NEAR THE DRIVE THRU LISTENING TO THE LADY IN THE WINDOW TURN AWAY CUSTOMER AFTER CUSTOMER FOR 3 HOURS ONLI BECAUSE MY SPOUSE WAS INTOXICATED AND NEEDED TO SOBER UP SO I GOT ON Facebook after about an hour and a half passed and began to write my review about the McDonald's that only was serving cookies and coke on grand and r.l. Thornton hours passed as i sat listening to the young white chic turning 3 whole hours worth of MONEY away and watched her chillin from the front parking lot she was using her phone on the floor while turning customers who had likely climbed out of bed like myself to come njoy a late night meal. Well unfortunately they were taking a SUPER BREAK REFUSED TO GET IN LINE AT jaCK IN THE BOX WHERE ALL THE CUSTOMERS BASICALLY WERE REROUTING TO. APPARENTLY MANAGEMENT HAD OKAYED THEY THREE HOUR BREAK IM SURE THE AIR DUCTS COULDVE BEEN BLOWN OUT AND DONE WITH, WITHIN THE QUOTED...

27 cents for one packet of Buffalo sauce to put on my spicy Mc chicken?!?!?! McDonalds your dipping sauce isn't mind blowing and you should be giving it away for free sometimes its the only thing saving the BLAND DRY AS A DESERT AND HARDER THAN DIAMOND IN A SNOW STORM FOOD! We have loyal, us your customers, by continously returning ignoring that little voice crying out why are you doing this?! We were raised eating your food, now we take our kids, and they will take theirs...so forth and so on a never ending cycle. So please please please explain why do you keep hitting us with outrageous prices over food that any five year old can slap together in their ez bake oven. Service was rude, place was dirty though they were trying to keep up the cleaning. The food (Yes yes I know I just bashed it) was good, very messy but good, not good enough to cost $20 bucks for 2 people getting the 2 for $5 deal and 2 large drinks, that we were only allowed to refill once anytime after that you had to pay full price for the drink again. This is by far the WORST McDonald’s in Dallas! Yes the one across from the fair park!! Let’s go down the list... I was in the drive thru line for OVER 30 minutes before even placing a order with only two cars in front of me! I counted 6 homeless men walk up to my window begging for money and as I pretend to look down and not see them standing there, they would then knock on my car window!! They should really do something about that!!! Seriously!! Once I finally got to the ordering speaker it took them 5 more minutes just to take my order!! Soooo after I place my order the same two cars in front of me are still in line waiting for their food stoping me from paying, therefore I was waiting in line another 10 minutes just to pay for the food! After I paid for my food finally it takes ANOTHER 13 mins for me to get my order! And I bet you can guess my order was WRONG!! Y’all do the math of how long I was at this location smh!
