Beware‼️ look at your tickets and get an itemized receipt! Last night Becca served us, she didn’t look very happy to serve us either, when we asked for our tab I was shocked to see how pricey it was so I asked for an itemized receipt where it stated gratuity was added. Not usual for a party of 3 so this afternoon I asked for their policy on that and as I suspected it’s only on a party of 6 or more. Besides it being a pricey place $20 for a regular tequila drink, it felt like we were being taken advantage of, and I can’t help but wonder if this was due to bias, as we are a minority group. Spent the weekend at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Went into Monduels to grab some dinner, after waiting 35 minutes I had to go to the hostess booth and ask for a menu, after waiting an additional 28 minutes I again had to go to the hostess booth to request service of a waitperson, once she did finally come over to our table. She was very rude and abrupt with us, like we were bothering her. We had the Reunion burger with fries and chicken quesadilla which was decent. For 1 burger, chicken quesadilla and 3 cocktails our bill was $100.00 was not worth the price. Look for another restaurant unless you are looking for...

As a partner of The Reunion Tower, I am disgusted with the customer service Monduels provides. The three times I’ve dined here, I’ve been disappointed. The staff is unfriendly, condescending, and unprofessional. This most recent occasion, I decided to give them one last chance and was disappointed once again. My togo nachos arrived to me cold and soggy. It’s apparently that it was sitting in the back the entire 25 minutes I waited got my order.
