Don’t waste your time or money.
I ordered a (yes, “a” single, as in only one) pizza a few weeks ago that got delivered to me cold with barely any toppings, and it only cost me ~$30. 😳 Thought I’d give them one more shot because I always loved their food as a kid. Nope. Waaaaay worse than the first experience: I didn’t even get my order until 2+ hrs after ordering it, it was cold (obviously) and missing the sauces I ordered. Like…. I’m sorry, what?!!!
I had called the store location to see why the order was taking so long or if maybe I had missed a notification and the rep answered the phone all like “hullo?”
“Hullo?!”
Like, whotf am I calling? Pizza Hut or John Doe?
Then this poor kid gets all upset (I overheard her, she had pulled the phone away from her ear, sweet lil’ thing…(smh…)) and is talking to someone down the line about how this isn’t the first call like this she’s received this evening, they are so far behind, etc, etc.
This is ridiculous.

Pizza Hut is remarketing itself as this “old-school, original and uncontested” pizza brand? Ha! Your marketing team might be killing it , (and the food DOES taste good for sure , after I reheat it in the microwave) but your operations team is literally killing it. Straight up murdering it, and not even bothering to bury, let alone hide, the poor pizza body.
Inflation isn’t just hurting your stockholders pocketbooks, Yum!, it’s hurting EVERYONE’s, and if I go out of my way to pay extra for “The Hut” and get what I have been given these past two orders…. no, thank you. I’ll order from Dominos next time, finally learn well enough to keep frozen pizzas stocked in my apt, or walk over to 7-11.

Read moreI walked into the store to order order a personal pan pizza meat lovers with jalapeños and Asada ranch. It’s the same order I get every single time at this Pizza Hut and there’s a history. When the order is ready I picked it up but there was no jalapeños on it and the store manager told me that I didn’t request jalapeños. I explained to him that I did and there is a history of my order and it never changes. He said that he couldn’t give me a side of raw jalapeños to put on it which I have had other stores do but he had to re-ring the entire order up and he made me wait another 15 minutes. That is a total of 30 minutes for a personal pizza which is ridiculous. I asked for the owners name and he became sarcastic. I asked him for the managers information he said he was the manager. There is no way in heaven I would ever let a like that run my store. He actually wrote on the receipt I didn’t order jalapeños and that I claimed that I had and at that time we began to have a verbal argument and which I told him to please enjoy his lifelong career at Pizza Hut because he has not fit to do anything else. what a joke of a manager and what a joke of a store. I hope that the owner sees this and I hope that the corporate office sees this there is no way this Pizza Hut should even be in business and have someone like that running the store.

Read moreI came try to place an order Saturday and didn’t expect to walk into what I walked into the lobby was busy and it looked like they were backed up on orders. However the young lady that was at the front I felt bad for her I’m assuming the young guy was her manager the way he talked to her then joked with the coworkers about it was wrong I couldn’t even place my order cause I can tell she was upset but the young man it was just crazy the things I was hearing. When the young lady went outside you can tell she was disturbed but she was trying to keep her control but then they same guy went outside and begin to scream in her face drawing myself and other customers outside to see what was going on however this is not the first time I been at this location and the young man is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to his workers as well as the guest. If this is his store ass he claim hope the store can come to a resolution with how he conduct and talk to people it is out of control but overall the young lady did come back in and proceed to clear the lobby out with the orders. She is very kind and sweet I can tell she don’t play but her energy was unmatched and I love when she working I just hope she smile more Just disappointed I came in this past weekend and witness what I witnessed with my wife.
