Went to Canes at 11:44pm on 7/28 for a late night dinner and ordered a Caniac which is a 6 piece tender meal only to get home to find out there were only 4 tenders in it. It was a big enough deal for me to post about it as this ruined my dinner that I was going to share this dinner with my girlfriend that night. Didn’t post a picture of the inside of the box since she was too hungry to wait for me to drive back to Cane’s to dispute the issue and as I said I didn’t because it was going to be too much hassle. To make matters worse I got charged full price which came out to $17.31. Didn’t bother to drive back because it was late and potentially not worth the hassle trying to prove/dispute that I didn’t eat the missing two tenders. I hate to make accusations but it’s hard not to when you’re upset and your gut tells you otherwise. I can’t help but think “Did the employees keep the two tenders for themselves or was this an honest mistake “? Pretty hard to make honest mistakes like that when you give me the big box that says “Caniac Combo”. I guess I’ll never know what the full story is or if whoever prepped this box even knew the difference between a Caniac vs Box Combo. When you serve a limited item menu and you do it all day everyday it should be hard to screw up on the quantity and quality. Drive through customers beware and double check your order before leaving the window. Personally, I won’t be back at this location. I’m really disappointed. Fast food should not be this inconvenient. As my first bad experience with a Raising Cane’s(mind you I’ve been to numerous ones in different cities) I think I might start to double think before I go again for a lunch or dinner at any location let alone this one.

I ordered a sandwich combo with Texas toast instead of the buns and all my other combos were regular as they come. I repeatedly told them that the only thing being substituted was the toast on the sandwich on both windows I repeated it because they ask me if everything was correct which I answered no because they took off the coleslaw from the box combo to add the toast and left the buns on my sandwich and I never said no coleslaw. I’m very disappointed because they had me waiting after I repeated myself just so they wouldn’t fix what I politely asked for. I stood at the window to get their attention for it to get fixed again ,but I got ignored so I left didn’t want to waste my time.

Came here with my family in-between baseball games at Dallas Christian College. The place is super clean. The service was perfect and the food was excellent. Biggest thing I noticed is the staff. They were amazing. It was like watching synchronized dancing. Seriously. It didn't matter how busy or slow they were, they were constantly moving and actively working. I watched an employee bring trays back from the dining room and place them on the counter. As soon as she put them down, a young man came from the back and took them to get cleaned. Every employee was doing something. When a customer walked in, bam, they were there ready to take care of them. Even better was that the manager did not have to give instruction or direction one time. Everyone was moving on their own. Cleaning, stocking, prepping, cooking, taking orders. It was an amazing thing to see. I would guess most customers wouldn't notice something like this. I've been in management my whole life and I noticed it and appreciated it. I kept pointing things out to my family. I told my son who's a college student that the biggest advantage of what the employees were doing is that they set a tone for their restaurant. No matter how busy the place got, they were ahead of the game and ready for anything. Completely prepared and the restaurant looked great and the product they were serving was hot, fresh and delicious. Best Cane's I've ever been in. Best experience I've had in any restaurant in a long...

Went in drive through and ordered crispy fries with a large sweet tea. Sat in drive through for about 5 more minutes before I received my food. Fries were not crispy at all if anything they were cold! In those 5 minutes of waiting some crispy fries could have been made realistically. And tea was not sweet at all. Had to go back and get a new order of actual crispy fries and simply asked for a sweet tea, the fries were actually crispy but the sweet tea literally had little bits of sugar floating around in it within every sip I tried to take only took about 3 sips. Had to go back inside to get another drink from the fountain tried coke and they’re out! Along with the lobby being completely trashed, their service was just horrible drive through lady had no emotion and sounding like she was rushing when I went back inside to correct my order nobody was up front it took them a while to help.(which they barely did in all honesty) Terrible Terrible store. Would rate no stars if I could. How hard is it to make crispy fries and a sweet...
