Cashier at front counter had terrible people skills, and did not listen well, so I asked for the manager on duty to take my order. He did very well, but finding good people who don't intend to be managers is easier said than done. At some other locations, bad managers, bad store managers, and bad staff all plague these poorly operated Taco Casa locations with serious problems. Also, many Taco Casa do not accept coupons from Taco Casa calendars, because Taco Casa allows franchisees to make their own rules!!! This is where I don't care for their buisiness practices. If I owned Taco Casa, I would require ALL LOCATIONS to honor all non expired calendar coupons, follow rules like free drink refills for dine in customers, and use only authorized procedures, food supplies, and equipment. Read moreI am still waiting on a reply email from customer service about a complaint I had in SEPTEMBER! you think I forgot you charged me for food I never got! Then told me I had a receipt that never existed! You're a terrible manager! And I won't stand for it I came to this establishment multiple times a week cause it was convenient for me! Now I don't wanna set foot near it all I wanted was my two burritos! That's it. Was even going to buy others but instead they had me stand there and just stared at me as I'm wondering what's happening and the lady tells me. I'm not sure how to help you he said not to do so. It still fresh in my mind. I have sent 3 emails and have had no response in return. I called customer service only for them to tell me thst the manager gets the email complaints. Read moreDining room was a mess. Staff made eye contact with me waiting at the counter several times but never failed to acknowledge my presence. It took them 10 minutes to stop what they were doing to take my order. While waiting on my food I noticed my drink tasted off. I went back up to get remade. I waited another 5 minutes before they said " your food is ready". Apparently they put my food out and ket it sit there without notifying me even though I was standing at the register waiting. They finally remake my drink. I sit down to eat and notice the food was made horribly incorrect. I go back up to have it remade and wait another 6 minutes with them making eye contact with me but not wanting to do their jobs. At this point I'm upset so I decided on a full refund instead.
