I tried this place for the first time looking good review about the food taste but I had bad experience on this particular day. They were not accepting order online, so I ordered physically at the uptown-eat location using their kiosk. It was a mistake, I could have understand that perhaps they were not working at capacity. I had to wait in my car for 65 minutes. When I inquired at counter, I got to know there is only one lady who is managing everything alone. I wanted to cancel my order but they kept telling that 'it is coming'. The portions were small for its price. Kothu parotta was overcooked and kind of 'burnt'. What I did not like was, they did not give the right description of it. I suspected it had meat pieces as ingredients which I avoid in my food. Their naan was stale and hard, and just two small pieces, means it was not even a full naan looking at its price. Their paneer masala was tasty, that was only positive thing this day, but again the portion was vey minimal, and not at all generous as some other...

The owner of this location is very rude and unprofessional. Just underneath to learn better customer service skills if she wants to continue staying in business.

I have received a message from the owner stating perhaps this is the wrong location and no record of me being a customer. No I am 100% sure of the location that I visited. I never said that I was the customer but your company also do business with other companies...
