Brown sugar milk tea craze is taking DFW by storm. I have been to most of the Taiwanese milk tea shops in Garland, Plano, and Carrollton and this one by far hits the spot for me. Beautiful "tiger" stripes of brown sugar, wonderfully strong caramelized brown sugar taste when I get mine at 50% sweet, perfect amount of creaminess (not too creamy or watered down), black tea compliments the brown sugar, and the tapioca balls are chewy, not too soft, in brown sugar syrup but I don't detect any additional sugar in the tapioca itself. Everything was a tad pricey but since it's Dallas I couldn't imagine it being any...
