Michaels Custom Framing — Local services in Dallas

Other than the really sweet lady at the door, customer service was pretty awful. One woman I said excuse me a couple times and she booked it to the back. I couldn't find anybody else in the store to help me look for anything. The lady at the front tried to help but she wasn't really sure. Then when I finally did get some help it was the one who initially booked it. And she went in the back to look, she walked so quickly I lost her. I just kind of waited in a place and hope that she was going to pop up. Not like she provided any directions to wait or anything. And when she did finally come back she basically said sorry it's not in stock. Then I asked if there were any mask in stocking the entire store? She copped an attitude and said that there's only one mask and it's a decoration. But when you check online there's about 20 different kinds of masks. I guess I was...

Super friendly cashier. Wonderful section of picture frame I bought 2 plastic 8x10 so I could make a photo collage, also bought a tube of E6000 clear transparent glue to repair a leather belt, plenty of sizes to choose from, and also picked up 2 six packs of 8x10 canvas that were outside in a bin they were on sale 1/2 the original price as I entered.
