Shake Shack Old Town — Restaurant in Dallas

My first and last time ordering food from the Greenville Shack Shake or any other Shack Shake locations. I came to Shack Shake and purchased a buffalo chicken sandwich with extra pickles, a chicken shake with avocado and extra pickles and two cheese fries with ranch totaling $32. After waiting for twenty minutes. I finally received my food which there was no ranch in the bag, so I asked for ranch. The girl at the front said there wasn’t anymore ranch up front and she had to go to the back to get some. She brought out a bag of ranch and cups, sat it on the corner and walked away. After standing there patiently waiting for another ten minutes. I asked do you know how much longer it’s going to take for the ranch because I’m on my lunch break and have to get back to work. Her response was “you might as well just leave because I have to make it”. Trying to avoid the negative remark and the disrespect. I proceeded to walk off, so I can back to work on time. Someone then handed her two cups of ranch with very little in the cups. I got back to work. There wasn’t any avocado on my sandwich or the extra pickles. The food was nowhere worth $32 for two small chicken sandwiches and two cheese fries. I tried to call the store 15 times, so I can get my order corrected to avoid just popping back up at the store to wait another 30 minutes. Of course no one answered. I had to call another location, which they answered on the first ring just to get corporates email address. Never again will I spend $32 or any other amount of money at Shack Shake with the service, quality of food and rudeness that I received from...

The food was amazing I think Chick-fil-A might have a run for their money on those chicken nuggets and look out all you shake shakers shake shack is shaking up some new flavors and they're using really great cream for the ice cream I was pleasantly surprised of the flavor in the texture of that cookies and cream that I had also I tried the cheese fries I am a french fry connoisseur those french fries are amazing they're on point they were hot and the cheese oh my God that she's is so good if you ever remember back in the day when they had that government cheese for the poor people well this cheese kind of reminds you of that when it gets in your mouth to flavor just Hits on fire and then to top it off I had the root beer float now this is my second encounter with Shay Shay the first one I had in la it was amazing I had this shrink almost sort of kind of like a like a watermelon basil or something anyway it was a good drink but I remember the fries and the cheese were so good I had to cheese fries so I just want to say thank you old Town shake shack you guys are doing your thing the place was clean the manager came out and he talked and mingle with the customers even the front cashiers they were very helpful and nice and hospitable person at the door that grease you she was amazing helping me create my order thank you guys so much for making the experience great and I will be bringing my...

Today at about 12:30-12:45ish me and my partner decided to go to Shake Shack and place an order To Go. I hadn’t been to Shake Shack in about a year due to the pandemic and my partner has never been to Shake shack. My experience the first couple of times going to Shake shack has been absolutely amazing before the pandemic until today. Went to Shake shack and ordered 2 hotdogs a cheese fry and a small lemonade and he ordered a mushroom burger small fries and a large lemonade. What we received after getting ALL THE WAY HOME was 2 hotdogs with soggy buns and over cooked cold hotdogs, a mushroom burger that looked like it had been cooked and sat out for hours before serve to someone then I asked for cheese fries and I got two containers of plain fries so we received 3 containers of plain fries ( which we technically ordered 2 fries) just shy of a trough of french fries that were very cold and very old. There were a total of 6-7 employees behind the counter… Do you know how many customers are inside? 3! For $33.00 this more that just DISAPPOINTING!!! ( THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE WAIST OF $33.00 ) If this is what I have to look forward to at the NEW Northpark Center Shake Shack that will be opening later this fall.
