The staff is quite friendly but they do seem a little short staffed so things do take a little bit to come out. Be patient the wait is worth it! The lychee saketini is dangerously delicious. The taste to alcohol ratio is great. It’s a little sweet which I personally like. The corn patties were delicious. They were bigger than I expected about palm sized. The taste is good nice and crunchy. The sauce they pair it with however is overwhelming and covers the corn taste so go easy on the dipping. I think it’s sweet and sour sauce. Surprisingly the cucumbers the sauce come with pair perfectly with the corn. The gyoza is fried to perfection! The taste and crunch are perfect 🤩 I don’t think I would change anything about that. The Pad Thai is delicious. I was able to get a vegetarian option. It’s not listed on the menus but you can ask for tofu or vegetable. I did add some of the table hot sauce. I added 5 spoon fulls to my plate and it turned out quite spicy. I loved it! The portions are very large. I was able to eat about a quarter of the serving before I had to tap out. But at least I have leftovers.

Tried this place for the first time, 4.5 stars but I’ll round up to 5 Overall - Restaurant was clean, had hand sanitizer available at the front, wasn’t too crowded, and had great portion sizes. I ordered the Thai iced tea, golden sacks (fried curry balls wrapped in wonton paper), chicken pad Thai, and crab fried rice. Thai tea and chicken pad Thai were pretty standard/average. Golden sacks were interesting; the inside potato/vegetable filling reminds me of samosas. Crab fried rice was my favorite, but it comes out a bit bland and definitely needs a little kick! I would recommend mixing some sambal or spicy tamarind sauce into it! Future focus areas: waiters should check in more with diners; restaurant should offer a variety of sauces on the side or make diners aware that additional sauces are available. Next time I’m here I would love to try one of the curries!

Beautiful ambience, however the waitress were so disconnected from their customers. After finishing my salad, my waitress motioned for me to move my salad so that she could place my lunch in its place (RUDE), and she never picked up the salad plate, not even after i finished my lunch entree. My waitress never asked me if i needed anything and seemed as if i was a bother for requesting the tails of my shrimp cut off. On the brighter side, the other waitress, the tall Asian waitress was a sweetheart; every time i flagged and asked her for something, she would always smile and bring it to me. I was in need of Thai peppers, and fish sauce and she brought it to me with a very nice personality. I am a big tipper but this other waitress, (she was Hispanic, she was very RUDE); she will unfortunately not receive a tip.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Upon our arriving there it took about 30 minutes for them to come over and get our order (did not even come previously to offer drinks and appetizer) but this was an extremely busy Saturday at 8 PM. We originally wanted to go to Pluckers and they had a 40 minute wait time just to get a table, so the fact that they even had an open spot was most likely a miracle, so I would not poo-poo them for that. Just be conscious of the time and day you go there. We started with their fried calamari, a traditional favorite for the both of us. The squid itself was a little overcooked, my husband thought it was much so, but the breading and sauce (which was of a ginger kind) was very good. I got the Royal Thai Curry and the flavor was very good (tasted much like curry and had a nice sweetness but not too sweet) but I was not very impressed with the ingredients. First note that the curry here is actually more like a soup, which is what Thai curry is supposed to be like, but at the time I did not know this and was a bit surprised by that fact as I was used to Indian curry. The chicken was all dark meat (although this is traditional), the potatoes seemed very under-cooked, almost raw, and I found a small piece of sharp bone in a piece of chicken, but the flavor was VERY good and paired excellently with the highly fragrant jasmine tea that we ordered. My husband got a seafood curry (also like mine, sweet but not too sweet, and had a drastically different flavor due to being seafood and basil) which I sampled and it was very good, he said he thoroughly enjoyed it. It was basil based and the fish in it was good, not overcooked and not overpoweringly fishy. We then got the green tea cheesecake which has no crust and I have no complaints about that. It did not taste strongly of green tea which I am used to green tea treats tasting like, but those who do not enjoy strong green tea flavor may appreciate that fact. It was also wonderfully complimented by the jasmine tea, I very much enjoyed taking a bite and drinking some tea as the two tasted very good together. Overall it had its high and low points and I may consider going again, but being that my curry was very disappointing and I could make a better one at home, I don't see it being likely. I am still giving 4 stars because overall it was pretty good, it was just the curry that I found...

The waitress is stigma & discrimination an Asian customer. Today, we came around 6:30pm to get the dinner. It not busy and just has 3 tables including us. We order the hot pot, one side and Siam Favorite seafood. The waitress brings the hot pot with the soup so cool (the soup should be hot) and forgets the flame pot (to keep the soup warm). I call the waitress, she came to my table, take a look and walk away. After 10 min waiting for nothing, I try to call her again but she ignore by walking around another table. I have to walk to the bar and ask a waiter to get some flame pot. He is very nice. He came to my table and bring the hot pot to the kitchen to put some flame pot. The hot pot can’t get enough heat to heat up the pot because the soup is cool. I try to ask again but no one available and the waitress is ignore me all the time when I try to get her attention. After 1 hour waiting and I can’t have dinner, we so upset. I ask for the bill and togo box for all the food. The waitress came take a look and walk away even I try to smile and please her. I walk to the bar and ask the waiter to help for the bill and togo box. He brings the bill and some togo boxes for us. The restaurant become busy and no body come to pick up the card so I walk to the cashier table to paid for the dinner. Finally, the waitress come to me and gets my credit card. I love this restaurant and I come here most of time when I want Thai food. I understand sometime the restaurant run out of the helper so the service can be slow. The only thing makes me sad because I got stigma and discrimination by the waitress. She not busy when I ask for the service. She ignores us all the time. It...

HORRIBLE with the online ordering features...

A work colleague of mine and I went through yelp to group order and split paying the ticket, BIG mistake.

Her order went through ok, mine did not event though we were using the identical delivery address. It wouldn't accept my order and said my delivery site was outside their area of service.

We initiated a IM Help ticket but they were SOOOOO SLOW in typing back, literally 5 minutes between messages. So we asked for a Help Line # and called.

That gentleman was even less helpful. - They couldn't locate the order and my coworker checked her bank account and saw the amount she had paid was missing. She received a confirmation email with out a confirmation #.

We hung up on him and called Royal Thai directly. - They were INSISTENT that they don't partner with YELP at all....had no record of our order either. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone had no trouble hearing my call until I started to place our order Again. Then he told me to hang up and call back...seriously???

I have eaten there before and if you dine in, there aren't issues. It's when you expect them to do their job with delivery orders...why offer delivery if it is too much...
