The Juice Bar — Restaurant in Dallas

Managers/District Managers, I can only imagine how much the business is struggling with COVID. One would imagine that you would be willing to take on any and all sales to ensure your doors stay open. Unfortunately at 6:02 PM today, I was refused by your staff of three. I am caring for someone with a very restrictive diet, and I literally begged them to take my order. Nope. They’re reasoning was “they already had taken three orders after closing time.” And they “only had three blenders and they were already being used.” Really? At 6:02? Are you closing your registers early? I told them their website states they’re open until 9. “We were told that was changed.” Nope, see attached photo. Doors should stay open until the last customer is served. I’m so frustrated at this situation, if leadership cares to reach out, I’d love to discuss in greater detail. Went to the north park center location with my sister, I placed my order for a mango mama. My sister paid separately and placed an order for a strawberry fields. I waited and about other 5 customers received their order and I waited patiently. The attendant then asked me what I was waiting on and I told her for a mango mama smoothie, she then hesitantly started to make my smoothie. When she handed me mango mama she asked me how much I had paid and I told her 9 something (which I think is a very high price to pay to receive poor customer service) and she continued to say “you didn’t pay for this smoothie” because she assumed my sister and I paid together, it was just very uncomfortable to wait a long time and to be accused...

This the most rude, unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. Lexly - one of the counter help / employee is the most unpleasant, poor spoken and rude. What is a paramount in customer service is definitely missing there. Very unpleasant attitude. And obviously there is many customers who have been treated that way ( yelp reviews).
