On this occasion at this establishment I had the worst experience. The store was not busy. It was 1 customer sitting down. I was not greeted by the staff. I went to register still not greeted. She never said a word. I placed my order a Sunrise Sunset smoothie. Paid with my card. I press the green circle to completed payment. I got my receipt and notice a 92¢ tip. I told her I don't want to tip her. She has bad customer service. She talks now ... You pressed the tip. I said your service was not worth a penny. I want that tip put back. She calls a guy from the back his attitude is worst then her service. All they had to do was apologize for the lack of customer service. He said I can go somewhere else for service. So I cancelled the whole order. He was having problems with my refund. He called his supervisor and lied.... Saying I didn't want to pay 92¢ tip. I told him it is not about a tip... Learn how to treat your customers without us there is no business. He gave me a receipt but it didn't say refund. So I will continue to see if the refund was processed. I went there again early in the morning... I had the best customer service. I told her what happen and I would like to address it the manager. I spoke with the regional office. He said someone will get back to me. The young woman who serviced me was great... She...
Read moreCame in on a Sunday at 5:59 PM and three people came in AFTER me and were served their orders before me. This was all in the span of 30 minutes which prompted me to question was something wrong with my order and it seems they just never actually fulfilled it. Highly disappointed with the customer service after being forgotten about. To make matters worse, I was questioned by one of the two employees if I had my receipt after the negligence of them forgetting to fulfill my order which I had already opted earlier not to receive a receipt after paying. There were only two customers in the shop when I initially came in and the employee who actually took my order remembered me so again disappointing they could not even acknowledge I had been sitting there right in front of them waiting for over 30 minutes even as they were bringing orders DIRECTLY to the people who had ordered after me. My final complaint is I customized the açaí bowl I initially ordered to NOT have chia seeds and I get in the car and open the bag to a bowl with chia seeds. The least that could have been done was to fulfill the order I actually placed instead of rushing to cover up...

To start, the last few smoothies I’ve had all had the same strange after taste and it makes me wonder if it’s the ingredients being outdated or the equipment not being cleaned. I’ve had a buffalo chicken wrap and the chicken will sometimes not be cooked properly and is still chewy. There’s vagrants EVERYWHERE at this location. I go in for a bite to eat and low and behold, guy on a bike walks in and makes the whole place reek of urine. As if that wasn’t enough, the bathroom is hardly ever maintained and that’s only the half of it.
The employees, being that they’re all young kids, have no sense of urgency for anyone. Playing on their phones, having their own side bar conversations, and just acting like the job isn’t priority to them. I don’t expect the 5 star experience but my goodness, you’re front and center, ACT LIKE YOU CARE.
Now it’s not all bad, there are a few good employees. They had a supervisor there that treated the customers with care but I haven’t seen her for awhile. Regardless, the cons far out weigh the pros and the location...
