Worst experience. A lady by the name of Dot (not the correct spelling since she wasn’t wearing her name tag) was very dismissive and disrespectful. I was in line and ask for a second to look at the menu right then is when she rolled her eyes and started wiping down her work area at a slow pace ignoring us after we said we were ready. A co worker approached her and said have they ordered and she ignored him aswell we stood there waiting till she was done then directed her attention to the next customer in line and dismissed us then she said, “oh you haven’t ordered” like come on lady you see us in front of the line waiting to order after we said we needed a minute to look at the menu. My daughter ordered her food and once she was done she dismissed me AGAIN I said imma order food also and she continued with the next customer so I directed my attention to the guy at the register. After seeing what she had served my daughter I chose to only order 2 order as the chicken she had provided was all the chicken that was old and hard to chew and for that reason I only ordered 2 egg rolls. I asked for the manager and he was at a different store working no manager on-site. I didn’t ask to return my food as I wanted to show the manager. Overall I ended us going down the road to a Thai restaurant 👌🏼

I am not a fan of Panda Express on its good days, but yesterday was not one of those good days. Our teriyaki chicken breasts were thighs, served with broccoli that crunched like it was as raw as the cabbage bed it was served over. If you are going to roll veggies in grease you should at least cook them a little. Our Orange chicken was cut into such tiny bits, it was more breading and sauce pebbles with chicken centers. The honey walnut shrimp were tasty but not deveined very well. The chow mein undercooked and utterly bland and the rice side had never met salt or soy sauce to give it any flavor at all. The egg rolls were so greasy the bag they were in could have been squeezed out to fry more. The cream cheese rangoon were SUPER, but no sweet and sour or even soy sauce was provided for dipping. Very disappointing overall. I prefer freshly made to order Chinese rather than food service that resembles filling a to go plate from a second rate buffet. Gave them another shot, but they came up short again. Still not a fan.

I had never had a complaint about this location but three days ago it was very sad to see how they think a customer won’t notice leftover food. I was planning on buying 2 adult meals plus a cub meal. But I was hesitant to buy it because the food didn’t look fresh and clearly the kitchen was not used at all. I saw clean frying woks and utensils. Not a single signal that the kitchen had been used. So I bought just the cub meal. Sadly I was right about my hunch. The chow mein was hard and cold. I immediately returned the food and the lady said “Do you like fresh meal?” obviously everyone wants fresh food I said. She answered she can cook for me if I wanted to wait 20 min. I wasn’t gonna wait because it was clear that it wasn’t gonna take only 20 minutes.

Coming into this establishment right off the bat was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for starters I ordered my daughter a kids plate and I had a VERY small portion compared to my 2 nieces who both had a larger portion of meat than my daughter (we counted 4 more extra shrimp than my daughter) I went up to the counter to ask why the portions are not the same size then a girl told me kids meal comes with 4 pieces of meat and the boy who served the plates said it was his fault the girl then said she could take away the extra pieces of meat off of my nieces plate so it can be the same whole time she has an attitude and long face shrugging her shoulders as if this isn’t their problem ?!! Excuse me ?!?! As someone who works for a food corporation company that is INSANE TO HEAR and I shouldn’t need to explain why if the manager of this store and workers understand food policy and CUSTOMER policy’s that’s the FIRST complaint I have to make and I hope this gets taken seriously because there is a policy FOR A REAON so things like this doesn’t happen and COMPLAINTS aren’t MADE such as the 4 pieces of meat only for kids meals let’s be so serious right now my SECOND complaint is that my daughter needed to use the restroom we got the code door wouldn’t open I guess it was timed out or something, I then go to the boy who messed up the portions since he was the one closest to the restroom that if he could please open the door with the key since the door isn’t wanting to open he then tells me I have to wait that it’s timed out with an attitude and long face the whole time which was really the cherry on top like seriously lose the attitude ?? I then tell him no I need someone to open the door with a key because my toddler is needing to use the restroom and I’m not going to have her pee herself SHES 3 !! Then that’s when he finally asks someone for a key still with that sorry attitude like come on man… 2 nice girls came to the restroom to try and help and open the door so thank you for that other than that this was truly a...

What happen to the Customers is always Right? Keep in mind that I own a Marketing Company and its my job to help Business Establish the best marketing Systems ever and being in this Field its very easy for me to get on here and bad mouth just about every company that i feel is out of order, but if i did that then i would be competing with myself! So with that being said, i really don't like leaving a Bad Review, because it can simply effect a business and i am not that Guy, but when i ask nicely for a Fresh order of Cream Wantons, for to go then i expect them! Did you know that McDonald will drop a fresh bag for Fries for you, even if they just pulled one out of the Bin! true fact! Now the Hispanic Girl that was working the 5500 Greenville location in Dallas TX, at 8 p.m on 11/23/2013 totally denied my request for 8 fresh wontons, to go! She told me that there were 9 that was sitting there and they just brought them out as i walked in the door! That was a LIE, because where i was parked, i could see it all, and yes i was parked at the front door! So the first thing i did when i can in was looked at the Wontons and made sure that they had not been Sitting there all day, which they will let, if the properly trained management team is not monitoring it! So will i go back to that Location, Nope! What's funny is that when they are out of things, they will expect you to wait, but when you want real fresh food, they won't make the effort! Like i said, i thought the Customers were always right! am i wrong? Would love to hear...

Located right in the heart of convenience, this place has always been a favorite of mine. But lately, I’ve noticed a few problems with the staff, especially the cashiers. In the past, I could get in and out in 5 to 10 minutes, but now things have changed.

There are longer lines, more waiting time at the cash register, and even delivery orders are taking longer than before. It’s like time has slowed down when I really need things to be quick.

Here’s what I think could help:

To the Store Manager: Hey there, manager! You play a big role in making this place run smoothly. How about getting the team together to improve how things work? Some cross-training could be cool so everyone knows different jobs. And giving individual feedback might help the cashiers and the rest of the crew do better.

To the People in Charge: (Corporate) For the folks at the top, the way this place runs matters a lot. Maybe it’s time to think about having more staff, especially when it gets super busy. And some extra training would be awesome – it’s not just about the job, it’s about representing the brand.

Delivery orders should get some special attention too. It’s like a complex dance, and having a dedicated crew and clear steps for those orders could make things a lot smoother.

So, to sum it up, making a great place isn’t just about the big things – the little details count too. This place is known for being convenient, and keeping it that way means fast service, whether you’re dining in or getting...
