Coming into this establishment right off the bat was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for starters I ordered my daughter a kids plate and I had a VERY small portion compared to my 2 nieces who both had a larger portion of meat than my daughter (we counted 4 more extra shrimp than my daughter) I went up to the counter to ask why the portions are not the same size then a girl told me kids meal comes with 4 pieces of meat and the boy who served the plates said it was his fault the girl then said she could take away the extra pieces of meat off of my nieces plate so it can be the same whole time she has an attitude and long face shrugging her shoulders as if this isn’t their problem ?!! Excuse me ?!?! As someone who works for a food corporation company that is INSANE TO HEAR and I shouldn’t need to explain why if the manager of this store and workers understand food policy and CUSTOMER policy’s that’s the FIRST complaint I have to make and I hope this gets taken seriously because there is a policy FOR A REAON so things like this doesn’t happen and COMPLAINTS aren’t MADE such as the 4 pieces of meat only for kids meals let’s be so serious right now my SECOND complaint is that my daughter needed to use the restroom we got the code door wouldn’t open I guess it was timed out or something, I then go to the boy who messed up the portions since he was the one closest to the restroom that if he could please open the door with the key since the door isn’t wanting to open he then tells me I have to wait that it’s timed out with an attitude and long face the whole time which was really the cherry on top like seriously lose the attitude ?? I then tell him no I need someone to open the door with a key because my toddler is needing to use the restroom and I’m not going to have her pee herself SHES 3 !! Then that’s when he finally asks someone for a key still with that sorry attitude like come on man… 2 nice girls came to the restroom to try and help and open the door so thank you for that other than that this was truly a...
Read moreWhat happen to the Customers is always Right? Keep in mind that I own a Marketing Company and its my job to help Business Establish the best marketing Systems ever and being in this Field its very easy for me to get on here and bad mouth just about every company that i feel is out of order, but if i did that then i would be competing with myself! So with that being said, i really don't like leaving a Bad Review, because it can simply effect a business and i am not that Guy, but when i ask nicely for a Fresh order of Cream Wantons, for to go then i expect them! Did you know that McDonald will drop a fresh bag for Fries for you, even if they just pulled one out of the Bin! true fact! Now the Hispanic Girl that was working the 5500 Greenville location in Dallas TX, at 8 p.m on 11/23/2013 totally denied my request for 8 fresh wontons, to go! She told me that there were 9 that was sitting there and they just brought them out as i walked in the door! That was a LIE, because where i was parked, i could see it all, and yes i was parked at the front door! So the first thing i did when i can in was looked at the Wontons and made sure that they had not been Sitting there all day, which they will let, if the properly trained management team is not monitoring it! So will i go back to that Location, Nope! What's funny is that when they are out of things, they will expect you to wait, but when you want real fresh food, they won't make the effort! Like i said, i thought the Customers were always right! am i wrong? Would love to hear...
Read moreLocated right in the heart of convenience, this place has always been a favorite of mine. But lately, I’ve noticed a few problems with the staff, especially the cashiers. In the past, I could get in and out in 5 to 10 minutes, but now things have changed.
There are longer lines, more waiting time at the cash register, and even delivery orders are taking longer than before. It’s like time has slowed down when I really need things to be quick.
Here’s what I think could help:
To the Store Manager: Hey there, manager! You play a big role in making this place run smoothly. How about getting the team together to improve how things work? Some cross-training could be cool so everyone knows different jobs. And giving individual feedback might help the cashiers and the rest of the crew do better.
To the People in Charge: (Corporate) For the folks at the top, the way this place runs matters a lot. Maybe it’s time to think about having more staff, especially when it gets super busy. And some extra training would be awesome – it’s not just about the job, it’s about representing the brand.
Delivery orders should get some special attention too. It’s like a complex dance, and having a dedicated crew and clear steps for those orders could make things a lot smoother.
So, to sum it up, making a great place isn’t just about the big things – the little details count too. This place is known for being convenient, and keeping it that way means fast service, whether you’re dining in or getting...
