I visited this location twice in the past two weeks, with an increasingly disappointing experience. I worked night shifts and stopped by for break, but they'd already locked one door. Their sign says they close at 1:00 AM, and I arrived at 12:00 AM, so I figured no big deal, I'll use the other door. We entered and not a single employee was in sight, despite them seeing us walk up to the first door. We waited a few minutes and somebody finally peeked around the corner and told somebody to get our orders. I don't think they were too happy about it though, as the guy working the counter seemed rather displeased with us placing an order. Not sure why it was an issue, but ah well, everyone has a bad day sometimes. The place hadn't been cleaned yet, nor was anyone cleaning the seating area so we didn't think much of it. I went back a few days later around 11:45 PM. This time both doors were locked. The employees payed us no mind, so we took our business elsewhere, where closing time is honored and customers are welcome. If this location wants to close at 12:00 AM that's fine, but don't waste your customer's time by telling them you close at 1:00 AM. Wendy's food is awesome, but I won't be back to this location. Read moreHorrible and a disgrace. When you do a customer service survey because of the last horrible experience, you're entitled to a free item with a sevice code the next time you visit. Tell me why this Hispanic lady, name Erica tried to tell my husband that it was $2.00 for the item. We ordered our meal already and paid with a credit card. He just wanted the item that he got free for completing the survey. The receipt said FREE. She kept saying 2.00. WRONG! We showed her the recipe in her face and she still couldn't understand. When my husband decided to just forget it. He was going to give her his card again to charge 2.00 and she asked him do you have 2.00 on cash, I'm like, we paid with a card for our meal. She didnt want the card, she wanted cash. He asked for his receipt back and she had the audacity to say that she threw his receipt away in the trash. We told her to go find it, because we paid with a credit card. She continuously said NO, it's in the trash and arguing with us. The manager name is Erica. She's horrible. Read moreSo my gf went to this location and they gave her the wrong order. Told her to pull up and we ask for fresh fries do to us waiting for our order. So I called and ask to speak to a manager. He assured me that we had fresh fries coming with our food. The lady came out with only a sandwich and didn’t bring our drinks. Asked her for the rest of our food. She said she wasn’t coming back outside and she’s going to give us a refund. I was like that’s crazy why would you come back outside to give a refund when you can just bring us fresh fries. On top of that she go come back and say since we paid with a card we can’t get our money back till in the morning. We had two different receipts. She brought back only one smh with a bad attitude now I had to go back and get my other receipt.
