Wow! I can’t say enough about Ming’s Place! My husband and I absolutely loved the food (presentation was also amazing!) but above that.. the service is absolutely PHENOMENAL!! I accidentally ordered very close to closing and I misjudged how far we were. They stayed open with a smile and even threw in free dessert! I couldn’t believe it. From here on out, I will ALWAYS eat here when I have the craving for some orange chicken or sesame chicken. Can’t wait to try more food on the menu! Thank you Ming’s!!!

Food is great. Prices very reasonable. A heaping dinner plate is priced about the same as our lunch from a fast food place. Service was wonderful. Tip: ask for the Chinese menu. The table next to us got these huge bowls of steaming soup the looked fabulous. Our soup, dumplings and mu shu chicken were out of this world good. Don't let the strip mall location fool you. This place is great!

Not sure when during COVID this place moved to Renaissance Tower. I've just tried the soup dumplings. They were pretty good. The dipping sauce was the best part. I'll have to come back and try the tea sometime.

Went today for lunch with a friend. I ordered Hunan Chicken with no bell peppers, specifically no bell pepper. Within 30 seconds, the server brought complimentary spring rolls but they were cold and rubbery. I asked for fresh spring rolls and hoped that was the end if the mishaps. Nope....Hunan chicken was served with....you guessed it, bell peppers. Ugh. Motioned the guy over and he says he got confused.?. He takes the plate and returns in record time with another, I thought, plate of Hunan Chicken. Tasted like they just fished the bell pepper out and re-plated the same food. My friend liked the Orange Chicken so I asked for to go boxes and check. Maybe this kid was a new server? Or having a bad day? Who knows because the check was wrong as well. No idea how this place has been here so long with great reviews. I can overlook many things if the food is good but even the fried rice had no taste and was lukewarm. To each their own, I guess. I won't...

Placed an online order for pickup at 4 PM. No notes on the website or anything, get to the restaurant, and they have a handwritten note that they are closed 3:30-4:30 for a break. Knock on the door and someone finally comes out and asks if I have a to go order, I say I do, they say they haven’t started cooking it yet because they’re closed 3:30-4:30. They started the food and got it out “during the break”, but were uninterested in hearing a suggestion to put a note on their website or online ordering system to let people know that orders for 3:30-4:30 PM are not possible (or if the time is in there, let to-go orders come in, but stay closed for dine in service). Generally off putting that they don’t care about time listed for orders apparently and no note or call or text or email to let us know about the delay, so had to sit at the...

Extremely disappointed with the food here. To say it was mediocre at best is a stretch.

The guy who said that the "fried" rice that comes with the meal is nothing but rice with a brown tint to it was not lying. It has absolutely no flavor at all. (Like not even soy sauce - NO flavor)

I ordered Teriyaki Chicken & the sauce was not very good & didn't taste anything at all like teriyaki. I would say that it came out of a bottle but I've never had any bottled teriyaki sauce that tasted like that.

My daughter ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken which was basically fried batter. Some pieces didn't have any chicken in them at all & the ones that did had an ill proportioned ratio of breading to chicken.

The Hot & Sour Soup was decent & my daughter said the Egg Drop Soup was alright.

Service is slow & food was a huge disappointment. We will not...
