Ike's Love & Sandwiches — Restaurant in Daly City

As most people have mentioned, they don't get online orders correct. Also, they clearly don't have enough staff. I waited 20 minutes just to pick up my online order, which I could see from the pickup window. No one was paying attention to the pickup window as I stood there for 5 minutes when I came here on a Monday. So I went to the order window and was ignored for another 10 minutes while the cashier raced around packaging up a huge order (like 15-20 sandwiches; they shouldn't even be accepting big orders like this with the number of staff they have). When the cashier returned to the register (with a growing line of people behind me) he said pick ups are at the pick up window and handed me my order there... Duh, I tried the pickup window yet no one was paying attention to the pick up window.

The staff there were working their tails off, there is no denying that, but clearly this location needs some attention from management/higher ups who need to see that they need more staff. I'll be going to the Stonestown location from...

My fiancee and I picked up two completely different sandwiches on our way to SFO and we both spent the entire flight sick. The two of us were getting sick on the plane at the exact same time. We both knew without a doubt why. Obviously there is poor management here. The meats likely are not being kept well. The only similarities in our sandwiches were the bread! Staff seemed careless to the point that I am almost not surprised it didn't settle with us. This happens to be our first vacation ever and was our first time eating at one of these joints. You guys ruined it for us. Hopefully not the vacation, but the flight was hell and we aren't seeing or feeling the love! I strongly suggest not eating here... sadly... I saw potential but we'll never try it again after...

I ordered the vegetarian bacon sandwich, the Prissy Presley. The tiny amount of vegetarian bacon they put in there was terrible! They put in a couple of slices in the middle of the sandwich and then as soon as you get half way through the sandwich slice, there was one tiny layer! I also paid extra for guac and it was a tiny smear added! For the price of the sandwich, this is ridiculous and a rip off. I didn't pay all this money for bread!

On the flip side, I recently ordered the same sandwich from the Ike's that is near SFSU and the amount of vegetarian bacon they put in there was multiple slices throughout the whole sandwich.
