Usually I don't like to write reviews that discredits an establishment, but I am concerned about the health of others.
Don't be fooled by any good reviews you've ever heard about this place. This place smells bad, has dirty counters, poor service, one VERY rude worker (heavier set Chinese girl that works at night), forgets to make your order, often makes the wrong drink and some times they don't mix the drink and you inhale all the powder.
Took the below from yelp and although it is 2013. This is should be a sign for most that this is not a place to go. Not only because of the poor service and terrible drinks, but for your health.

Read morespent $15.68 on a large Thai tea and an order of chicken wings, and the experience was a complete disaster. First off, the name of the store is misleading—“Quickly” was anything but quick. It took 30 minutes for one drink and one order of wings, even though the menu says fried items should take 10 minutes.
It wasn’t busy when I came in—just a group of kids who already had their drinks and two other people waiting. Meanwhile, GrubHub and DoorDash orders kept flying out in 3 minutes—completely in and out—while I was left waiting forever.
To make matters worse, there was no one at the front counter to take orders. The only option seemed to be a touchscreen on the left, but there wasn’t even a sign explaining it.
When I finally got my Thai tea, it tasted like it had some kind of Oreo flavoring in it, which I didn’t order or notice at the store. I only realized it after taking a sip at home, after wasting 30 minutes of my time. At that point, I wasn’t even sure if I got the wrong order.
It’s too bad because the place seems really cool and stylish, and the chicken wings themselves were good. But having to wait 30 minutes with no one saying anything, avoiding eye contact, and leaving me completely in the dark was not appreciated.
This place is slow, disorganized, and confusing. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I certainly won’t be...
Read moreWhen this Quickly's opened up more than ten years ago, I didn't expect more Quickly's boba shops to pop up all over the Bay Area. This specific location used to be my go-to until it became too crowded with students from nearby schools and cleanliness of the business flew out the door.
Quickly's in the Westlake Shopping Center has lots of parking, but if you don't want to walk far, then i bid you good luck. This location is right next to a laundromat and other businesses, so people occupy these parking spaces fairly quickly. In terms of the menu items, I would like to note that prices have increased, especially for their snack items such as popcorn chicken and takoyaki. It's still tasty, but people are mainly here for the boba drinks. If you don't want tapioca, you can opt for jelly. My go-to is Jasmine Milk Tea with popping strawberry boba. Don't knock it till you try it. In terms of food, i like ordering popcorn chicken or...
