I was excited for this place just like every other Danbury resident was but the service is unbearable. First time going here I placed an order for pickup for 30 wings, fries, corn, etc. When I arrived I told the cashier my name for pickup and she read out everything in my order. The bags are sealed and it seemed like it was packed well so I wasn’t worried. When I got home I realized I was missing about 10 wings that I paid for. The digital receipt tells you to call the store if you had an issue with your order so I obviously did. I called about 5 times and every time the automated robot would hang up on me while I was on hold. I spent about an hour or so trying to get into contact with someone before someone finally answered. I told them my issue, told them my name and they said they’d call me back, they never did. Eventually I filed a complaint on the website and was compensated the next day after wasting 2 hours getting ignored by a robot and by employees. I still wanted to try the food that I missed out on so I placed another order for 20 wings this time again for pickup, and this time they gave me the wrong flavor of wings, and I filed another issue and haven’t been compensated for their mess up. Overall the experience with this Wingstop has been awful which is a shame as it was something I was excited for, but I place pickup orders on purpose for the convenience and hopes of my orders being correct. Then their excuse was we are busy so we missed it with an attitude. What!? I'm sorry if you weren't busy then you would have no job. This is a customer service job; if you can't talk to people go do something else. Then when i asked for my money back for the missing food the employee then the manager started to argue with me and only wanted to give me a "credit" for the food I already paid for and they didn't give me.....how does that work? Yet when I picked up the order, fries were ice cold and hardly cooked when I asked for them well done. Not only that, the packaging of all the different flavor wings was sloppy and looked like a mess of paper all shoved in one container. Then when calling to ask why everything was ICE cold he kept repeating the sane line of "we drop them right away and the fries added last" that still doesn't explaing why everything is cold when I arrive 5 mins after the time stated on the order.
