Great store, great inventory, terrible unfriendly staff no respect for costumers nor the store they work for. This is why amazon is doing great and taking over. I went in the store today to buy something I literally had on my amazon cart and said let me instead just go in and support local business. As I’m walking the isles I hear someone saying derogatory remarks about a Budha that I actually was there to buy. Additional, the staffer proceeds to man handle the merchandise (no respect for the owners and their expenses right..) and jults away. So end of story, I left and bought my Budha online on amazon like I should have in the first place. I would have avoided the ignorance and rudeness of people who don’t appreciate having a job not their employers nor the people they’re serving.m at their workplace. I don’t write this as a rant but rather in the hopes the owners see this and understand why some people who are trying to buy local instead just...

I found an amazing table here for my husband to give him for Christmas. I do live in NYC and wanted them to remove the legs to make it easier to transport. Well they couldn't and I left it there until they could but it never happened. I waited weeks and never even got a call. When I call them to have my mom come pick it up since I had already left up there they tell me they can't remove the legs. My mom ended up picking it up anyways legs attached and when we finally got our hands on it it took us 2 minutes to remove the legs. They had also placed something on top of the table while they had it in the back and caused scratches along the top! Will...

So I know this store has diff chains like tj Maxx etc. I was very dissapointed coming to the store for holloween decorations I noticed that anything cute and spooky I wanted was broken or had no batteries in the items. I asked for a reduced price for a couple items and what gets me is that they took 2 dollars off the items, but I feel like the damage is a little bit more significant that a couple more dollars needed to be shedded off the item. I wouldn't recommend comming here for holloweens for these two reasons. Poor customer satisfaction and too many broken things... anyways you can always check tj max which barley sells anything related...
