I've had great experiences shopping at Aldi's, usually with great prices and good selection. But, the Danbury store seems to be struggling. In recent weeks I've stopped in looking for specific items, and they are sold out. Seems to happen there quite a bit. Yesterday's visit was the worst. This was absolutely unacceptable customer service. Aldi needs to vet their new hires better. This type of customer service experience is unacceptable, we support Aldi by spending $150-$200 each visit just to be treated this way ? No simply...
